The basis of the economy of any state is its enterprises. Today, the state property of Ukraine is concentrated in the hands of a failed beekeeper, a Cossack of three gentlemen, Vitaly Trubarov. The strange career of the Cossack Yanukovych

Trubarov Vitaly Nikolaevich was born on September 11, 1973 in Makeevka, Donetsk region. In 1995 he graduated from Donetsk State Technical University with a degree in engineer-economist; in 2001 he graduated from Donetsk State Technical University, Master of Public Service. Candidate of Science in Public Administration.

Vitaly Nikolaevich began his career in 1995. Immediately after graduating from university, he received the position of deputy head of a department at Aton OJSC, and then a chief.

In 2003, Vitaly Nikolaevich attended a meeting of the “Permanent Interstate Coordination Council of Cossacks of three countries – Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), Ukraine, Belarus,” which took place in Moscow. Then Trubarov was presented as the chief of staff of the Union of Cossack organizations of Ukraine. By the way, while jumping in the white stone with the rank of Cossack, Trubarov was already listed as the head of the Donetsk branch of the State Property Fund. Going to Kyiv for the post of Prime Minister, Viktor Yanukovych took Sergei Lazarenko with him. The latter left his receiver, Trubarov, in his place.

In 2002, Trubarov worked briefly as deputy director of the private production and commercial company Extra. After which he moved from business to public service. Thus, in 2002 – 2003, he was a specialist of the 1st category of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region. In 2003, Vitaly Nikolaevich rose to the rank of deputy head of the representative office, and later to the head of the representative office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk.

In 2003 – 2006, our hero headed the regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region. In 2006 – 2007 he was deputy head of the Donetsk Regional Council department. In 2009 – 2010 – Deputy Head of the State Tax Inspectorate in the Voroshilovsky district of Donetsk.

After which Gennady Trubarov moved to Kyiv. And for five years, from 2010 to 2015, he worked as deputy head, first deputy head, and head of the regional branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Kyiv. Despite working in such a significant position during the time of Yanukovych, Trubarov managed to avoid lustration and even rush up the career ladder.

So, in 2015, Trubarov was appointed assistant to the Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. Later he was promoted to chief specialist of the Department for Coordination of Activities of Structural Units of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. Already in April 2017, our hero became the head of the staff of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. He worked in this position until December. And then the fun begins. As the head of the staff of the State Property Fund of Ukraine since September 12, 2017, Vitaly Trubarov becomes acting. O. Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, which contradicts Ukrainian legislation. After all, the place of a manager, having received the prefix acting, can only be taken by his deputy. By the way, Trubarov became Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine only on December 28, that is, almost 3.5 months after his appointment as acting. According to the political scientist, the president of the Center for Innovation Consulting “KDA” Dmitry Korneychuk, the Cabinet of Ministers and law enforcement officers do not care, since the purpose of Vitaly Trubarov’s appointment is conducting a sale of state property in the interests of individual business groups.

In 2017, our hero lived on one salary, although it was not a bad one. Thus, in a year Vitaly Trubarov earned 380.5 thousand UAH.

Of the cash in 2016, Vitaly Trubarov had 17 thousand dollars, 10 thousand euros and 17 thousand UAH. In 2017, our hero’s foreign currency stash did not change, but the hryvnia reserve grew to 170 thousand.

Vitaly Trubarov’s wife is engaged in gardening and is on maternity leave; in addition, last year she took over the management of her husband’s business – beekeeping.

From which we can conclude that by transferring the business to his wife, Vitaly Trubarov made a mistake, because she reduced the profit from the business by more than 100 thousand UAH.

As for gardening, Oksana’s dalliances are not doing very well here either, because having huge plots of land, she earns pennies. Or maybe not? Perhaps Trubarov’s wife simply does not declare her real income, and that’s where the money came from to buy real estate? It is noteworthy that she is not registered as a private entrepreneur.

Oksana Trubarova declared the same cash for two years in a row – 10 thousand dollars and 27 thousand UAH.

As for the land that we have already mentioned, there is a very interesting point here. So, in 2017, Vitaly Trubarov submitted two declarations and in the first one he “forgot” to indicate that his wife owns two plots of land in the Rivne region. Thus, Oksana Trubarova acquired two plots of land with an area of ​​4,498 sq.m. in 2016. (suspiciously low cost of 1.8 thousand UAH) and an area of ​​15 thousand 288 sq.m. (cost 73.7 thousand UAH).

It is worth noting that the maternity wife with a meager income in 2017 replenished her stock of real estate and bought one plot of land with an area of ​​1250 sq.m. in the Rivne region. for 60 thousand UAH. and a house with an area of ​​77.7 sq.m. for 50 thousand UAH.

Oksana Trubarova’s vehicles include a 2014 Nissan X-Trail. purchased in 2016 for 240 thousand UAH.
