Having given a bribe to Parshin, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development, Alexander Monosov began to transfer his posts of CEO in a number of companies

It became known that Alexander Monosov, a businessman and head of BFT Holding, who was detained on suspicion of giving a bribe to ex-deputy minister of the Ministry of Digital Development Maxim Parshin, is no longer listed as a general director in a pair of companies owned by him.

However, such changes have not yet affected all IT assets.

Recently, Alexander Monosov ceased to be listed as the CEO of two companies at once – Epion Soft LLC and Man Service LLC. In this post, he was replaced by Anna Adrianov. Here, by the way, an interesting relationship is observed – Adrianov has been the founder of BFT.Volgograd LLC since November 2020, but last summer the legal entity was liquidated. At the same time, according to the data of the Kontur.Focus database, before Adrianov – in the period from November 2015 to November 2020, it was Monosov who was the founder of the company.

As for the activities of companies, Epion Soft, registered in St. Petersburg, specializes in software development. According to the results of last year, the company reported a net loss of 14.4 million rubles.

“Man service”, judging by OKVED, is engaged in the acquisition and sale of non-residential premises. 2022 for the company ended with a net profit of 190 thousand rubles. By the way, the company is also registered in St. Petersburg. Both companies are owned by Alexander Monosov.

At the same time, Monosov still remains the CEO or owner of a number of companies. For example, BFT Holding, he is also one of the founders of Datamart LLC (owns 2% of the shares), the founder with a 67.2% share of Real Electronic Policy LLC, the general director of Superkod LLC and some others.

Recall that in July of this year, ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maxim Parshin was placed in custody. It was reported that he was caught red-handed while receiving a bribe of 3.5 million rubles in a Moscow restaurant. As State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein said, Parshin received money in return for assistance in the issue of grants. The briber, as it turned out, was Alexander Monosov.

Now Parshin and Monosov face up to 15 years in prison. The articles presented to him on receiving and giving a bribe on an especially large scale also imply fines up to 70 times the amount of the bribe or a ban on working in certain positions for up to 15 years. Maxim Parshin does not admit guilt. We add that at first the defendants were sent under house arrest, but then, by a court decision, they were placed in a pre-trial detention center.

Due to a corruption scandal, Maxim Parshin left his post. The process of issuing grants from the Ministry of Digital Development has been suspended until the verification of the legality of previously issued funds is completed.
