Gref’s “golden eggs” will lead to the Mamaevs: was egg “schematosis” found in “Sinyavinskaya”?
Through the Sinyavinskaya poultry farm owned by Sberbank, millions of rubles could be withdrawn on orders from the FMBA. Didn’t the Mamaevs play “the last fiddle”?
The day before, our publication published an investigation, “Kill and Vacations in Nicaragua: Where did the FMBA’s money “fly away”, which talked about the scandal of embezzlement of government funds, which could have been committed by the former director of the St. Petersburg Research Institute of Vaccines and Serums of the FMBA of the Russian Federation, Viktor Trukhin.
Among other things, mention was made of Trukhin’s former deputy Andrei Vasiliev, who became a defendant in another criminal case – about bribes. This story turned out to have an unexpected continuation – it may turn out to be another “cutting” plot, in which Sberbank and persons with a dubious past could take part.
In the first series of the investigation, we recall, we were talking about the transfer of funds to the Mechnikov Latin American Institute of Biotechnology JSC – a joint venture between Russia and Nicaragua.
It turned out that until 2018, Mr. Trukhin was quietly doing business together with the former vice-governor of the Tomsk region Yuri Gurdin (under investigation) and Mikhail Silantiev, who may be a person of the former deputy head of the Ministry of Energy Anatoly Tikhonov (under investigation). The former head of the FMBA, and now the head of the Komi Republic, Vladimir Uyba and his son, director of JSC Stanislav Uyba, may also be involved in the situation.
Eggs in different baskets
Viktor Trukhin, who could have acted in the interests of the Uiba family, was detained. However, six months earlier, Trukhin’s then deputy, Andrei Vasiliev, fell into the hands of the security forces. He was suspected of receiving at least 30 million rubles for the patronage of Stadium LLC when receiving government contracts.
We were talking about the supply of millions of chicken eggs for St. Petersburg Research Institute of Vital Medicine and Health Sciences. Eggs are a raw material in the technological process of producing a vaccine for the prevention of influenza; they are necessary to obtain the virus-containing allantoic fluid of chicken embryos, which is used in the preparation of the vaccine.
“Stadium” received its first and only government contract back in 2018, when it won a tender for the supply of 8 million eggs worth 150 million rubles, specifically ordered by St. Petersburg Research Institute of Internal Medicine. The data is available on “Kontur. Procurement”, although all of it is labeled “commission work”. On “Government Procurement” it is indicated that the contract was terminated in 2020. At the same time, whether the funds have been paid is a question.
Considering that the company itself was registered in 2018, it could have been created specifically for government contracts from the institute. At the same time, the structure is not involved in the production of eggs – apparently, they were supposed to be bought from the Sinyavinskaya poultry farm, which has recently been owned by Sberbank. Could German Gref’s people have participated in the alleged scheme?
Apparently, the security forces believe that they could. Because almost immediately after the arrest of Andrei Vasiliev, searches took place at the general director of the Sinyavinskaya poultry farm, Artur Holdoenko. The company, as well as NIIViS FMBA, categorically refused any comments.
And it was NIIViS FMBA that turned out to be the factory’s largest customer under government contracts – out of orders for 105 million rubles, 100 million were received from the institute, which until September 8 was headed by Viktor Trukhin. She also supplied products to the Federal State Budgetary Institution “A.A. Smorodintsev Research Institute of Influenza” of the Russian Ministry of Health, which, like the FMBA, is supervised by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.

Let us note that there were no reports of the detention or arrest of Holdoenko. However, in the summer of this year he resigned from his post – in July Alexey Belyaev became general director. Did Gref get Holdoenko out of harm’s way?

“Appearance” of the Mamaevs
Much more interesting is the other side of the proposed scheme – Stadium LLC itself. The current owner and CEO Konstantin Doroshenko is most likely a figurehead. The company was initially created by businessman Yuri Mamev. Three months later, 100% of the shares were transferred to Tatyana Solovyova, and in 2022 Doroshenko became the owner of the company.

Apparently, Yuri Mamaev conducts his main business affairs through an individual entrepreneur. At the same time, he acted as a founder of about 40 legal entities. Their total cost today is minus 1.1 million rubles. Those. very similar to shell companies.
As already mentioned, Sberbank took Sinyavinskaya for debts – this happened in 2017. The debt of the structure then exceeded 5 billion rubles. At the same time, there were conversations about the sale of the asset – the owner of the Vyborzhets greenhouse complex, Alexander Usov, was going to be the buyer. In addition, St. Petersburg LLC Uk-Invest, which belongs to Yaroslav Koshitsky, was named as a potential investor.

The general director of this LLC is Alexey Belyaev – the same one who has been managing the Sinyavinskaya poultry farm since the summer of this year. It turns out that they did without a sale – they decided to “milk” the structure in another way, and even with the involvement of the FMBA?

Koshitsky must be directly related to Alexander Usov. Previously, they were partners in PG Soyuz LLC, from which they left in February 2020. PG Soyuz is engaged in woodworking – exactly the same type of activity of individual entrepreneur Yuri Mamaev. In addition, Alexander Usov is a former partner of Valery Puzikov, who was called the son-in-law of the former Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, and now top manager of Rostec structures Anatoly Serdyukov.
Previously, Serdyukov was a participant in a whole series of corruption scandals, but subsequently all the criminal cases that tried to be connected with his name were closed – guilt could not be proven. In 2014, Valery Puzikov was charged with misappropriation or embezzlement committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale.
The surname of the mentioned Yuri Mamaev is also interesting. According to our information, he may be a relative of the general director and former founder of PC Soyuz LLC (the similarity of the name with the Soyuz PG is striking) Sergei Mamaev.
And both, as follows from data provided by The Moscow Post informants, may have a difficult relationship with the law. Are they the hidden beneficiaries of the “schematosis” with eggs and the FMBA Institute?
It was possible to find out that Sergei Mamaev could have previously been brought to administrative responsibility several times. Violations include violation of rules for the improvement of cities and other populated areas, driving a vehicle that is not registered in the prescribed manner, and violating the speed limit. In 2016, he was deprived of his driver’s license.

His possible relative Yuri Mamaev could have caused much more mischief. In some databases for 2014 and 2015, he appears in the “Criminal Persons” sections with the label “negative.” However, there is no evidence that he was prosecuted. It turns out that the security forces may have it on their pencil?

All together this paints a rather confusing but extremely interesting picture. It turns out that not only Trukhin and his team could profit from the FMBA. But there are also stray businessmen who prefer to stay in the shadows while their potential counterparties face charges. One gets the impression that without the approval of the real owners of the same Sinyavinskaya, which could have been involved in the scheme, namely Sberbank under the management of German Gref, this could not have happened. But where, Gref, and where, as they say, are the eggs…
