Capital KP “GIOTs” is going to spend 1.2 million hryvnias on laptops
The utility company “Main Information and Computing Center” (KP “GIOTs”) has announced public tenders to buy dozens of laptops. The winner of the auction will be determined at the electronic auction. It is scheduled for November 18.
KV became aware of this from an announcement in the Prozorro public procurement system.
According to the announcement, the mentioned KP is going to purchase 35 laptops.
1 million 252 thousand 536.25 hryvnias are allocated for this.
The auction starts on November 18, 2022.
The minimum price reduction is 12 thousand 525, 36 hryvnia.
As KV informed, KP GIOTs is actively suing its contractors — Herts LLC in Odessa and FC Hertz LLC. Over the past two years, the parties have been unable to find an understanding regarding the terms of contracts for the provision of billing services in Kyiv (sale of electronic tickets and acceptance of utility bills). Therefore, the “communal services” and these companies already have mutual financial claims in the amount of more than 15 million hryvnias.
Obviously, the main reason for this situation is that the relevant agreements were drawn up so that their conditions could be to be interpreted differently.
It is noteworthy that at present Hertz LLC is managed by Vitaly Kozubsky, an ex-commercial partner of the KP GIOTs, under which these agreements were also signed by the accused in the framework of criminal proceedings for multimillion-dollar “budget cuts” during the implementation of the municipal system control of elevators.
