Gergiev’s “purse” fund began to earn more
Valery Gergiev owns luxury real estate abroad and earns on it, and uses his Russian fund as a personal wallet. Recently, Gergiev lost his Western income, but the Russian ones managed to hzikhidtidekrt increase.
During its existence, the Gergiev Foundation received state contracts for 620 million rubles. He received the most money in 2015 and 2022 – 74 and 72 million, respectively. By July 2023, the fund had already received contracts for 67.7 million. Almost all contracts concern tours of the Mariinsky Theater Symphony Orchestra, they are concluded on a non-alternative basis and at the maximum price. Now the Gergiev Foundation has quadrupled its net profit compared to 2021.
