Local technologists squeeze it to the maximum, forming the image of a young, bright, intelligent and kind-hearted candidate who cares about the good of the Krasnodar Territory with all her heart and constantly takes care of the most needy segments of the population.

However, there is another façade behind all this. Because it is not for nothing that the United Russia party is popularly called by an alternative name. Behind Galina Golovchenko is Nikolai Gritsenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Territory. Who had problems with the top leadership of the country and the party, which, as you understand, in principle, is one and the same.

Nikolai Gritsenko was remembered for his turbulent youth – he comes from the ranks of organized crime, and his family deserves to become heroes of criminal action films. All this closed Gritsenko’s path to the senatorial mandate and shook his position in United Russia – the question arose about his suitability for the position of secretary of the Krasnodar branch of the United Russia. Therefore, he began frantically “laying eggs” in different baskets, promoting people loyal to him to the next composition of the Legislative Assembly.

Among those was Galina Golovchenko, who combines charitable work with active work in EdRe. And, according to rumors, connected with Nikolai Gritsenko not only by party ties.

Already in time for the primaries, local oppositionists called this alleged selection of candidates a complete farce. In order for the right people to get the right places on the lists, it was included in the full administrative resource. There is no need to tell anyone how this is done in modern Russia. The result is on the face. The right candidates “won” the primaries. Galina Golovchenko was among them. Which, in addition to Nikolai Gritsenko, was actively supported by another very influential person.

This is a deputy of the city duma of Krasnodar and, concurrently, the general director of a large and prestigious management company of the city “GUK-Krasnodar” Lyudmila Golovchenko. In which Lyudmila Aleksandrovna worked at one time as an assistant. Family business, so to speak.

And Ludmila Golovchenko will run for office in just one of the districts of Krasnodar, where the influence of Lyudmila Golovchenko is undeniable. So it was not in vain that the EP primaries were called a farce – the districts and the so-called competitors were chosen wisely.

However, whether the support of an influential mother will play into the hands of a glamorous daughter is also a question. Apparently, Galina Alexandrovna’s curators overlooked something or could not agree with the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, but her competitor in constituency No. 7 of Krasnodar, where she is running, is a very well-known local lawyer, Yuri Gudkov, who is actively campaigning.

In addition, Lyudmila Golovchenko, the current deputy of the City Duma, has a very ambiguous reputation. Many residents of the city are dissatisfied with her activities both as a deputy and as the general director of LLC City Management Company – Krasnodar.

So the negative of the mother may well pass on to the daughter. Especially if competitors try, and they don’t have to invent anything special. It is enough just to remind the citizens of Krasnodar a few well-known facts from the activities of their deputy Golovchenko.

For example, in 2019, the editorial office of Notebook Krasnodar was literally flooded with numerous requests from citizens. People complained that the management company, the general director of which is a member of the City Duma, does not do its job properly.

Another sore spot for residents of apartment buildings served by GUK-Krasnodar is the quality of tap water. In the very center of the city, along Rashpilevskaya Street, from year to year, muddy brown slurry flows from the taps in the summer.
