From the Federal Property Management Agency to rap concerts – who owns the Giant Hall, where Scully Milano was disgraced

Petersburg “Giant Hall” is regularly shaken by scandals. A couple of months ago, there was a shootout near the concert venue: allegedly one of its leaders and a security guard located opposite the store did not share something.

Residents of nearby houses are dissatisfied with such a neighborhood. They told local journalists that allegedly during the days of performances at the “Giant Hall” they constantly “fight, yell and litter.”

Another incident at the “Giant Hall” occurred over the weekend.

What Happened at Giant Hall

– I abused the eternal fire in my city, I thought it would go out! My cousin went crazy, he joined the DPR army! They will start a case against me – then I will fly to Bali! – these are far from the most radical lines from the “creativity” of rapper Scully Milano, whose performance with a scandal fell through last weekend in St. Petersburg.

On Saturday evening, the police department on duty received numerous calls from St. Petersburg residents living in the vicinity of the Giant Hall concert hall on Kondratievsky Prospekt. They claimed that teenagers were allegedly looking for bookmarks with drugs in their yards. Scully Milano’s main audience is children and teenagers aged 12-15. It is obvious that these schoolchildren were given money for his concert – 2000 rubles – by their parents.

According to the SHOT telegram channel, when the security forces entered the Giant Hall, young visitors began to throw packages with some white powder on the floor. Scully Milano managed to perform only the first song. The concert was stopped. The rapper was taken out of the club under escort. His fans had their documents checked before they were released. Many youngsters were not released until their parents came for them. Two schoolgirls, who were believed to be heavily intoxicated, needed medical attention.

– Teenagers say that at the concert two girls were in serious condition due to drug use. They also talk about the fact that tequila and other alcoholic drinks were freely sold to children,” said Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League.

In her opinion, the rapper must be prosecuted under at least Article 230 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for inciting minors to use drugs.

This is not the first drug incident with Scully Milano. In August last year, at his performance, someone allegedly gave a “special” pill to one of the underage attendees and the latter ended up in the hospital.

Who is Scully Milano

– Hi all! Everything is fine with me! Scully Milano has already made a huge tear-jerker post with excuses. – If you think that I am promoting a destructive lifestyle: I do not use anything and do not even drink alcohol, I am absolutely clean. My mother is addicted. I’m trying to save her and sent her to the clinic for treatment. My father is now in jail: I want justice for him and found lawyers. This is where it all started, I do not rule out that I need psychological help.

The rapper will be assured that he allegedly loves his homeland and does not condemn the NWO. “Everything else is stupid and just banal humor, nothing more.”

Scully Milano is being disingenuous. All of his songs are about drugs and sex, filled with contempt for the law and more than half of swearing. They offend law enforcement officers, veterans, our army, the Russian authorities, natives of the Caucasus and Central Asia. At his concerts, the rapper more than once provoked fans to chant selective swearing at the SVO.

The real name of the rapper is Daniil Dmitriev. He is 21 years old. Born in the city of Berezniki, Perm Territory. Until the summer of 2020, he was a local performer, and then one of his songs was heard in the metropolitan rapper’s party. He was invited to give a concert in Moscow and record an album, so he became famous among young people.

Since then, Daniil Dmitriev has been boasting of the wealth that has fallen on him, regularly posting selfies with bundles of money in his hands. He had a spectacular girl – an Instagram model. He did not have time to acquire luxury real estate, but fell in love with driving limousines and living in expensive rented apartments. There are no businesses on it, only IP.

On April 28, rapper Scully Milano is scheduled to perform at the Base Concert Hall in Moscow. Tickets are sold freely, although the age limit “16+” is indicated on the site’s website.

Who manages KZ “Giant Hall”

The art director of the Concert Hall “Giant Hall” has already promised that all visitors to the disrupted performance will be refunded.

– During the concert, a police check began, they also organized the exit of the audience from the concert hall. This artist has long been tested for drug propaganda, there was an examination of his texts. We are working as usual,” the representatives of the concert venue commented to the SHOT telegram channel.

As Life found out, the concert venue where Scully Milano performed was opened a little over two years ago. All this time it has been managed by the KZ Giant Hall enterprise. The owner of the business is 68-year-old retired colonel Sergei Maksimov. Before perestroika, he was a military man, served in the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany, then in other divisions of the Ministry of Defense. In the 2000s, he was appointed to manage the sales of released military property under the Federal Property Management Agency, soon being promoted to deputy chairman of the entire organization. He served in this position until 2011. After he retrained as a businessman.

Earlier, Sergei Maksimov was associated with the large investment holding Solid, which annually generates billions in income. At the moment, the former military handed over almost all the affairs to his son, 37-year-old Alexander Maksimov. Judging by the SPARK database, the most profitable companies of the family now are the Capital Association of Printing Enterprises with an annual income of over 120 million rubles and the St. Petersburg KZ Giant Hall with an income of about 16 million rubles. The rest of their firms either officially bring a penny, or are rewritten to third parties.

Formally, Maximov Sr. is wealthy, but not rich. It was registered in a three-ruble note on the territory of the Moscow Olympic Village – a similar property costs 21 million rubles on the secondary market. He had 80 acres with a solid cottage near Moscow in the Noginsk direction – up to 15 million rubles. Maksimov also lived in a four-room apartment in the House with Figures, one of the most famous metropolitan stalins located on Taganka. The price is about 40 million rubles. A former military man drives a “Gelika” — a Mercedes-Benz G-Class.

Maksimov’s son occupied a penthouse in the Champion Park residential complex at the edge of the Olympic Village park (cost up to 50 million rubles). Judging by social networks, Maksimov Jr. was seriously involved in yachting in Montenegro.
