A year later, Frieze joined the working group of the Administration of the President of Ukraine on the formation of Special Operations Forces, which fully comply with NATO standards. The name of the SSO commander was announced by the Chief of the General Staff Viktor Muzhenko – he became Major General Igor Lunev. They chose between two candidates: Igor Lunev and Colonel Sergei Krivonos. Note that Frieze had his own favorite – Krivonos.
To push him into the position, Irina Vasilyevna connected all her AP connections. But it was not possible to come to an agreement with Muzhenko – he had a personal conflict with Krivonos. It was then that the compromise figure of Lunev surfaced.

But Frieze did not calm down. She stated that the process of creating the MTR should be transparent. “We want the format, structure and scope of the future special operations forces to be discussed publicly. However, this does not happen. On the contrary, attempts are being made to hide the concept of the MTR as “secret,” said Frieze. But the Ukrainian electorate did not support Irina Vasilievna. And then she began to act differently – to sabotage the creation of a new type of armed forces.
It was Frieze’s suggestion that prevented the holding of a joint SOF exercise with foreign instructors. It launched such a vigorous activity that the brave generals had to not only change the areas for conducting maneuvers, but also all plans regarding this extremely important event.
Further, the people’s deputy stated that Lunev’s candidacy is not the best and he does not understand the strategy of creating special forces at all. And here the question arises – what difference does it make to Frieze, who is at the helm of the MTR: Lunev or Krivonos? But it turns out there is a difference. Thanks to the patronage of Friz, Krivonos allows himself to openly ignore the orders of not only his boss, General Lunev, but also Viktor Muzhenko himself. It is no secret that Krivonos assigns unusual tasks to the special forces – protecting objects in the rear of the ATO, escorting convoys and protecting high-ranking officials arriving in the operation zone.

In 2017, Irina Friz reintroduced a bill banning the activities of the Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Kyiv. Frieze already put forward a similar project in 2016. However, then it was canceled due to fears that Moscow would respond by banning and closing similar Ukrainian cultural centers in Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism).
In the summer, Frieze announced the construction of a Navy operations center by “sea bees” (military personnel of the US Navy engineering and construction units) 150 kilometers from Crimea in the city of Ochakov. This will bring Ukraine one step closer to joining NATO.

“Private army” of veterans for the BPP

At the same time, Irina Vasilievna has neither the acumen nor the experience in similar positions. Without a doubt, she is a pawn in this game. Most likely, a “managed” person in the ministry is needed to solve many highly specialized issues that Tretyakov has accumulated.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs will “serve” Tretyakov’s main asset – the UNL lottery company. This is a one-man underground army for power solutions. And there is something to fight for. According to unofficial statistics, today 80% of the lottery belongs to UNL Tretyakov. In reality, these are not “lucky tickets”, but a network of slot machines under the UNL lottery license. Speaking in numbers, the turnover of the Ukrainian gambling market is more than $1 billion a year. Simple mathematics: the UNL company receives approximately 10 billion hryvnia per year.
Alexander Tretyakov, the puppet Freeze and the newly created ministry will strike at the ignorant veterans who have remained on the sidelines of life. The structure will offer them work and even a social package, but those who defended their country will work for those who rob it.
