The Junior League of candidates for the Legislative Assembly is a new trend outlined by United Russia in the elections of deputies of the Legislative Assembly.

One of such representatives of the junior league of candidates for the Legislative Assembly of the region is Stepan Frantenko. A victim of frequent mistakes in spelling his last name, the junior representative of the family of agricultural magnates PJSC “Belorechenskoye” and just a misunderstanding on the map of the current composition of the regional parliament again goes into an election battle.
In 2018, Stepan Frantenko became a deputy of the regional parliament, having received a mandate “inheritance” from Sergei Brilka, who had gone to the Federation Council, having passed through the party lists of United Russia. This year, he was “given away” a whole single-mandate constituency, and his main opponent, Pavel Sumarokov, another “son of a great family,” was pushed somewhere far away.
Sumarokov and Frantenko are, strictly speaking, a choice between two evils. But the voters were deprived of this choice, leaving only Stepan Frantenko in the fight.
In the meantime, peering in detail at the results of Stepan Frantenko’s work for five years, it is impossible to find anything remarkable at all. Number of proposed legislative initiatives? Participation in the work of the committee?

The new trend to nominate the “young greens”, in fact, demonstrates the deep crisis of managerial personnel that has overtaken the party in power. And not only her, strictly speaking. The “adult” clip, consisting of real mastodons of the political system, such as Gavriil Frantenko or Ilya Sumarokov, is leaving the political asset. But instead of a full-fledged new “fresh” blood, their relatives come to replace them. The young are hot and completely useless.
