Simferopol, 25 October. Kryminform. Former Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Nakhlupin and former acting Deputy Minister of Transport of Crimea Valentin Dukorsky was convicted in the case of taking a bribe. An informed source informed Kryminform about this.
“The court in Rostov-on-Don ruled sentence Nakhlupin and Dukorsky on October 10. Both of them were sentenced to 8 years in prison and compensated for the bribe in ten times the amount – 10.1 million rubles, ”the source said.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, at present the verdict has not entered into force, since on October 18 Dukorsky filed an appeal against the decision of the court of first instance.
Nakhlupin was detained by law enforcement officers in Moscow on October 17, 2018 on suspicion of committing a crime under article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe). October 19 of the same year sent him to jail.
According to the investigation, Nakhlupin, through Dukorsky and another accomplice – Yaroslav Slivka — in 2017-2018 organized the taking of a bribe. In return, the defendants ensured the victories of the “necessary” companies in 28 tenders as part of the implementation of FTP events. The total amount of the bribe amounted to more than 16 million rubles. Nakhlupin’s property worth 14 million rubles was arrested.
Slivka previously signed a pre-trial agreement, the materials on it were separated into a separate proceeding. By a court verdict, he was found guilty in full.
Nakhlupin was appointed Vice Prime Minister of the Crimean Government in January 2016. He oversaw the FTP and road construction.
