According to the investigation, from May 2021 to September 2022, the man, together with the management and other employees of the institution, received bribes seven times totaling 70 million rubles. In return, he assisted companies in the bidding phase of government procurement and acted as intermediary for them in the construction of facilities under the Culture and Housing and Urban Environment programs.
We are talking about the reconstruction of the Far Away Kingdom puppet theater, three apartment buildings for displaced people from emergency housing and orphans in Chita and the Olovyanninsky district. The bribes also concerned the construction of a school and kindergarten in the village of Mogzon.
Also, 21 million rubles were confiscated from Guslyakov. The verdict did not enter into legal force.

Another criminal case against Viktor Guslyakov was initiated in the Trans-Baikal Territory, where in 2021 he became deputy director of the Single Customer Service. He was accused of negligence in concluding two government contracts for the construction of housing for orphans totaling more than 300 million rubles.
