On Saturday, February 5, strong young people entered the Manhattan business center in Yekaterinburg and blocked some owners from entering the building.
According to the correspondent MorningNews, in Yekaterinburg, the police are studying the circumstances of the raider seizure of the Manhattan business center. Reports of strange events associated with this institution (by the way, far from the first) began to arrive on February 5, 2022.
Like ghosts from the 90s
On this day, some “30 Caucasians” entered the Manhattan business center, who did not allow some of the owners to enter the building. This, in particular, informed the publication E1. The multi-storey business center is located on Mamin-Sibiryaka Street. There are more than 200 different companies here.
At the same time, the conflict associated with this business center was known back in May last 2021. At that time, two management companies (MC) could not figure out which of them should manage the business center. The conflict flared up between the Management Company “Integrated Service Solutions” and the Management Company “Aurus”, which replaced it.
Some tenants who watched what was happening came to the conclusion: there was a classic raider takeover in the spirit of the “dashing 90s”. So, on the first floor of the building, some people with machine guns, in helmets and body armor were walking around, who drove out the guards of the building, part of the doors were knocked out.
Apparently, in this way, instead of the Aurus management company, Manhattan included a new management company called Kirovskaya. At the same time, the activities of Kirovskaya were associated with the Integrated Service Solutions Management Company through the entrepreneur Mikhail Yaroshevsky (he was called one of the founders of Kirovskaya and, in the past, the director of the Integrated Service Solutions Management Company).
At the moment, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Mikhail Yaroshevsky is the director of Kirovskaya Management Company, he also owns 49% of the company. Another 51% belongs to Alexander Rogachev. At Integrated Service Solutions LLC, also according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Yaroshevsky was a director from March 18, 2020 to March 4, 2021. Alexander Koryakin is now the director of this company. The sole owner of Integrated Service Solutions LLC is Valentina Aleksandrova.
“30 Caucasians”
One way or another, but on February 5, events continued to develop. Allegedly, Aurus Management Company again decided to return to the building of the Manhattan business center. For which, apparently, “30 Caucasians” were invited. According to eyewitnesses, the “delegation” who came, took out the guards, after which the electricity was turned off, the barriers and the fire alarm froze. According to the E1 edition, the police are already aware of what is happening and are checking the information received. At the same time, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yekaterinburg reported that they had no data on causing harm to property and health of citizens.
V Instagram on the page of the Manhattan business center, a video was published depicting strange people wandering around the center. “Last evening in the Manhattan business center there was a forceful raider seizure of the building. At about ten o’clock in the evening, three dozen unknowns of Caucasian appearance (presumably Chechens), led by Sheshukov Alexei and the beneficiary of his activities, Ali Kurbaitaev, entered our business complex, neutralized several employees of the security company and illegally established control over the security room and technical premises. Employees of the Kirovskaya management company immediately called the police and drove to the Manhattan business center themselves. However, unfortunately, for the time being, outsiders continue to control the occupied premises. Recall that since May last year, the conflict between the management company “Kirovskaya” and the company “Aurus”, which served the Business Center before, has been going on. Last summer, the owners of the premises of the business center twice voted for Kirovskaya Management Company to manage our “city within a city,” in particular, the message said.
The Unified State Register of Legal Entities confirms that Aleksey Sheshukov is the General Director of Aurus Management Company. He is also the sole owner of this company.
Note to Saveliev
At the same time, the company AVS Group (it is the owner of the Manhattan business center) said that the owners of the premises initiated the change of the managing organization as a result of voting. The AVS Group reported that they had nothing to do with the conflict between the Aurus Management Company and the Kirovskaya Management Company, did not support this conflict as a whole, and also did not support any of the conflicting parties.
The investment company AVS Group belongs to Valery Saveliev. He is a former member of the Legislative Assembly Sverdlovsk region. Savelyev failed to be re-elected as a deputy following the results of the elections that ended on September 19, 2021. He even tried to challenge the election results. But, as oblgazeta.ru clarified with reference to the press service of the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, Savelyev then suddenly withdrew your claim.

Due to the fact that Valery Saveliev lost his deputy status in September 2021, it can be noted that the events around the Manhattan business center intensified shortly after the outcome of the trial over Saveliev’s challenge to the election results. In this regard, it can be assumed that the conflict between the management companies, allegedly for the right to service the building, will develop until someone already guesses that AVS Group is “superfluous” in this building. And it is time for Valery Savelyev to think seriously about this.
