FAS began checking against Ksenia Sobchak

Case number 077/05/21-2938/2022. We are talking about the hidden advertising of Mondoro in her film about infogypsies.

The following violations of the Law on Advertising have been established:

1. p. 8 h. 2 art. 21 – prohibition of alcohol advertising on the Internet.

2. part 3 Art. 21 – advertising of alcohol must be accompanied by a warning about harm.

3. p 6 h 1 article 21 – images of people and animals cannot be used

4. p 3 h 5 article 5 – demonstration of the process of alcohol consumption is not allowed.

All this is provided for in Art. 14.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
