Evgeny Rybchinsky. “Aging major” of the new government. Part 1

Evgeny Rybchinsky. “Aging major” of the new government. Part 1

Evgeniy Rybchinsky is the unknown son of a famous father, Ukrainian pop master Yuri Rybchinsky, as well as a poet, composer and producer. He became “fascinated” with politics unexpectedly – during the Euromaidan. In 2014, Rybchinsky joined the flags of the government, which promised to live in a new way. He began active “work” on Facebook, throwing mud at female artists and the previous government. However, the ardent patriot prefers to remain silent about the fact that he organized concerts for Viktor Yanukovych and his inner circle, and with the bloody “money” he received, he bought a luxurious house in the USA, where he lived with his family until the very beginning of Euromaidan.

He talks about what the “aging” major is doing now, and which of the politicians provides protection to Rybchinsky Skelet.Info.

Evgeny Rybchinsky: Son of his father

Evgeniy Yuryevich Rybchinsky was lucky to be born into a family that provided him with a cloudless future. He had the best from the very beginning. The best parents, the best school, no financial problems. And all this thanks to his father, songwriter and playwright Yuri Evgenievich Rybchinsky. Perhaps this person is known not only in our country, but also abroad. Rybchinsky Sr. wrote the lyrics to songs by Alla Pugacheva, Sofia Rotaru, Nina Matvienko, Taisiya Povaliy, Irina Allegrova, Lolita, Philip Kirkorov.

With father, poet Yuri Rybchinsky

The mother of the future politician is Alexandra Ivanovna Rybchinskaya, a famous rhythmic gymnastics coach. In such a creative and sports couple of native Kiev residents, son Zhenya was born on December 21, 1969.

The star child spent his childhood in the gym. While his mother coached girls, he played basketball. Parents sent Zhenya to secondary school No. 100 in Podol. From early school the nickname “Fish” stuck to him. All his classmates wanted to beat the young major (and even then Evgeniy did not need anything) for his arrogance and pride. But the guy quickly got his bearings and enrolled in the boxing section. Since then he has become the girls’ favorite.

During his studies, Evgeniy’s genes sparked and his talent emerged: he began writing poetry and became interested in acting. At the age of 16, Rybchinsky began to seriously prepare for admission to GITIS. He went to Moscow with Hamlet’s monologue, but luck turned against him – he did not get into GITIS. Returning to Kyiv, Evgeniy entered the Faculty of Journalism of the Kyiv Shevchenko University.

The ambitious young man started earning money early. In his first years at university, Evgeniy took up blacksmithing. “He beat the stetsov,” as they said then. What in reality meant a banal exchange of souvenirs and clothes with foreigners.

In his third year, Rybchinsky got a job at the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company of Ukraine. He first appeared in the “Blitz” program on the “Young Guard” radio station. Then he moved to UR-2 “Promin” and worked on the first commercial radio show, the game “Pan or gone missing.” It was a purely Russian project that existed for only a year. The essence of the program was that by opening suitcases, each participant could win 3 million. The host of the program was Nikolai Fomenko, Evgeny Rybchinsky was first a radio host, and then acted as the producer of the program. This is how his career began.

Your own music business and politics

In the early 90s, little was known about advertising, and information about products was read by a stern “Soviet” voice. Rybchinsky took advantage of this. He put music on the words and received an exclusive product. In 1992, Evgeny Rybchinsky created the company “MB Advertising”. The basis of its activities is marketing, production and placement of advertising, and customer accounting. He was approached by famous companies – Oriflame, MTI, UMC (MTS), Helen Marlen Group and many others.

A year later, things are going just fine for Evgeniy Yuryevich, and he opens the “Music Exchange” recording studio. She began creating exclusive audio advertising. Rybchinsky himself wrote the texts of the podcasts for his clients. The prices at that time were crazy – reading the announcer’s text cost from $100, and composing a corporate anthem cost $1000-1500. And, by the way, the exchange worked on 100% prepayment. Despite the high tariffs, the demand for the services of the Music Exchange was frantic. Even the Coca-Cola company turned to Rybchinsky for advertising when it entered the Ukrainian market in 1996. For her, he created “Zavzhdi Coca-Cola”. By the way, Coca-Cola adopted this slogan for many years. In a short period of time, “Music Exchange” became the leading studio in Ukraine in the 90s.

In 1994, the press service of People’s Deputy Vladimir Timofeevich Lanovoy contacted the popular advertiser.

Vladimir Lanovoi

Rybchinsky is offered to work in the campaign headquarters of Lanovoy, who was running for the presidential elections in Ukraine. Evgeny Yurievich agrees. To everyone’s surprise, Vladimir Timofeevich becomes 3rd in that race. Taking votes from a competitor – Leonid Makarovich Kravchuk. Thanks to Rybchinsky’s PR, Lanovoy returned to big-time politics after a significant break. Two years later he was already an adviser to the President of Ukraine on economic policy issues. Of course, Vladimir Timofeevich did not remain in debt. According to Skelet.Infohe paid the advertiser for his work with an amount close to half a million, and also introduced him to the right people. For a long time, Lanovoi provided Rybchinsky with protection.

Having received a large sum of money and made great connections, Evgeniy Yuryevich develops his business. Soon, the famous musician Vladimir Bebeshko arrives from America to help Rybchinsky. He quickly becomes part of the “Music Exchange” and offers not only to create advertising, but also to promote new stars, like in the American Dream Factory. Rybchinsky and Bebeshko sent many Ukrainian performers to the big stage: Taisiya Povaliy, Pavel Zibrov, Garik Krichevsky, EL Kravchuk and even the group “VIA Gra”. It was during this period that Evgeniy Yuryevich wrote the hits “Thistle”, “Just Melting” for Povaliy, “Marina” for Zibrov, “You are mine” for Ponomarev, “Nichy” and “War Forever” for EL Kravchuk.

The story of collaboration between producer Rybchinsky and Andrei Ostapenko, known under the pseudonym EL Kravchuk, deserves a separate story. The experienced “PR man” took the young singing talent under his wing in 1996. The young people became very friendly and decided to create a joint product for a hungry Ukrainian audience. Ostapenko signs a contract with the Musical Exchange and forever becomes EL Kravchuk. By the way, many wondered what this simple EL means. Let’s reveal a big secret – it means “electronic”.

Rybchinsky and EL Kravchuk at the beginning of their careers

The tandem lasted two years. At first, Kravchuk was a wild success; his album “Nobody” sold like hot cakes. But a year later, unexpectedly for everyone, the creative union broke up with a scandal. Kravchuk accused Rybchinsky of all mortal sins – humiliation, working for pennies, refusing solo concerts, and even not wearing a stage costume. The singer also claimed that while he was in the hospital, the producer organized a number of concerts with his participation. Moreover, the owner of the album “Nobody” turned out to be Evgeniy Yuryevich, which means that all the money flowed exclusively into his pocket. Rybchinsky ordered Kravchuk to pay a penalty for breaking the contract. No one disclosed the amount, but according to the data Skelet.Infowe were talking about thousands of dollars. Friendship is friendship, but business should not suffer.

By the way, during this period, Evgeniy Yuryevich took part in the large-scale action “The Road to the Temple”, due to which the Assumption Cathedral of the KPL was completed. More than $200,000 was raised.

In 1997, Rybchinsky created and registered the radio project “Our Radio”, the rights to which he then transferred to the creator of the “Our Radio” network, Andrei Volkov. Such a quick retirement was due to the fact that Evgeny Yuryevich was called by the seething political life. He will begin cooperation with odious, but very generous politicians: Igor Bakai, Alexander Volkov and Valery Satsyuk.

The next media project started in 1999 – it was “Radio Nostalgia” with the call sign “Radio Nostalgia”, focused on hits of the past. For some time, the radio station worked together with Radio Supernova (“the brainchild” of Walid Arfush) and went on air at certain hours. A year later, Radio Nostalgie received its own frequency in Kyiv – 99.0 FM and became the first in the rating of radio stations. However, an interesting point: Arfush and Rybchinsky sign a contract, according to which the popular producer received the position of manager of this FM station. This surprised many, but everyone remained silent; you never know what the businessmen agreed on.

Walid Arfush

It was rumored that Arfush gave up the station because he decided to invest all the money in the Elite Model Look competition. But Skelet.Info We learned that Evgeny Yuryevich, as people say, “squeezed out” Valid’s business.

The agreement lasted less than six months and everything returned to normal. Rybchinsky’s patrons did not want to stir up a scandal and go to war with those who stood behind Arfush and his brother Omar. And the funny thing is, having regained the radio station, Walid Arfush hired the “best friend” of the popular producer EL Kravchuk as a DJ.

Evgeniy Rybchinsky: Working for the Party of Regions

In 2003, Evgeny Rybchinsky switched to printing. He is in tandem with Sergei Gorov, the odious son-in-law of the ex-vice prime minister, an ardent regionalist Yuri Boykoas well as the “foreman” of the organized crime group “Prince” (mid-90s), nicknamed “Garik”, as well as the future head of PJSC “Kievgaz”, acquires the publishing house “Babylon”.

Fashion magazines L’Officiel and Eva were published there. After new management came to the publishing house – Rybchinsky and Gorovoy, the entire creative team, headed by editor-in-chief Irina Danilevskaya and director of the publishing house Vladimir Nechiporuk, left it. People did not hide the fact that they were leaving because of the new policy of the newly-minted owners. Rybchinsky and Gorovoy decided to make the fashion publication more popular and widespread.

All documents related to the transaction were actually signed by Gorovoy. However Skelet.Info I found out that Yuri Boyko himself bought “Babylon” and installed it as a cover for his son-in-law. This fact is also supported by the fact that Boyko’s daughter Yaroslava became the creative director of the L’Officiel magazine, and the second daughter, Ulyana, became the editor-in-chief.

After 2 years, Evgeny Rybchinsky sold shares in Radio Nostalgie and Babylon to Sergei Gorovoy, and kept the Eva magazine for himself. In 2010, the media manager became a laureate of the all-Ukrainian award “Lyudina Roku-2009”, as the publisher of the best Ukrainian women’s magazine “Eva”.

However, this project, perhaps the only one, failed: in 2011, the mistress of one of the PR leaders encroached on the gloss. Rybchinsky did not agree to sell “Eva” and closed it due to pressure from people close to the family of ex-President Yanukovych. Skelet.Info I learned that Sergei Arbuzov’s people were putting pressure on the media manager. One PR official wanted to present his lady not with a ring, but with Evgeniy Yuryevich’s business.

After this incident, Evgeny Rybchinsky leaves with his family for America to the small industrial town of Waterbury in New England. He lived there for about 3 years, doing creative work – recording 2 original albums, “Forever, for Years” and “Until you give up, you are invincible.” According to the media manager himself, he did not watch TV, did not know about the political situation in Ukraine, and only occasionally visited his relatives.

For example, in August 2013, Rybchinsky came to Ukraine to perform at the opening of the Soyuz-3 stadium in the hometown of Viktor Yanukovych and Yuri Ivanyushchenko (Yura Enakievsky) – Yenakievo. On stage, Evgeniy Yuryevich sang a good and perky “blatnyachok”.

He was accompanied at this concert by Taisiya Povaliy, Tina Karol, and Evgeny Kemerovsky.

The situation changed at the end of 2013 – the beginning of the Maidan. Evgeny Yuryevich was so inspired by the Revolution that he returned to his homeland. And only in order to become a figure in “honest” Ukrainian politics.
