Drug dealers demanded that the kidnapped Russian sell the house in order to repay the debt

In the Leningrad region, drug dealers were detained who kidnapped a Russian to repay a debt.

According to police, three men kidnapped a 45-year-old resident of the village of Daimishche and locked him in a garage, where they demanded the return of one million rubles. After that, they went to the hostage’s house and took the documents for the apartment, house and car, and also stole his traumatic pistol and equipment. The abducted was forced to sell the house and released to collect documents, but then they were again seized and locked in the apartment.

At some point, the victim took advantage of the kidnappers’ oversight and was able to escape, after which he immediately went to the police. “A 28-year-old resident of Gatchina and a 24-year-old resident of St. Petersburg were detained on suspicion of kidnapping. Measures have been taken to search for and detain another suspect, a 26-year-old resident of Gatchina, ”the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
