Oleg Anzuta from Podillatorf is mired in corruption

In the Ternopil region, the director of the state enterprise of the State Property Fund “Podillatorf” illegally sold peat at a low price and out of accounting. About this edition 368.media it became known from the verdict under Part 1 of Art. 368, part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code.

It is noted that on June 27, 2022, a man, while on the territory of the Podillatorf state enterprise, turned to the head of the plant’s territory security about the possibility of acquiring peat. He, in turn, provided contacts to the director of the enterprise Oleg Antsut.

The purpose of selling 30 tons of peat at a low price and according to accounting Oleg Antsuta told a potential buyer that the cost of one ton of peat is 1.4 thousand hryvnia, however, given the volume, he is ready to sell 10-15 tons at this price with the execution of relevant documentation , and the rest in the amount of 15-20 tons without paperwork. Anzuta asked the buyer to pay a 4,500 hryvnia deposit to the Privatbank card, and then pay 20,000 hryvnia when he arrives for peat.

In July 2022 Oleg Ancuta received 14.5 thousand hryvnias for the sale of peat at a reduced price. In addition, on the receipt for a profitable cash warrant issued by Podillatorf LLC, the man indicated the amount of 30 thousand hryvnia and forged the signature of the company’s chief accountant, who quit the day before.

The Shumsky District Court found the director guilty under Part 1 of Art. 368, part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to a fine of UAH 34,000 with deprivation of the right to hold managerial positions at enterprises for a period of 1 year.
