After his dismissal from the School of Modern Play in 2022, the theater’s founder and director Iosif Raichelgauz moved to Israel, launched acting courses there, and founded a Russian-language theater. Back in Russia, students and actresses accused Raichelgauz in harassment, and in June 2025 about molestation by the director reported his Israeli student.
