Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory from the New People party Denis Terekhov became in September 2021. This policy in the region, if not everyone knows, then many. According to some officials, including Terekhov himself, he is the most shocking, capricious, talented, PR man, political strategist, father of the Russian SMM and many others.

It’s not difficult for Denis Eduardovich to be an outrageous politician in the region. He has no competitors in this field. Perhaps thanks to this, Terekhov now and then finds himself in various scandalous situations. However, it’s not for nothing that he is the very best PR man and SMM guru.

Case with fly agarics

Denis Eduardovich was born on January 22, 1979 in the city of Rudny in Kazakhstan. At that time it was the Kazakh SSR within the USSR. He lived in Norilsk for more than 20 years, where he worked on television and created two regional news agencies.

In 2001 I went to conquer the capital. He worked in the Moscow publishing group, was a member of the central apparatus of the SPS party, was the editor-in-chief of the weekly Number One, and a member of the board of directors of the Ogonyok Publishing House.

Terekhov ended up in the hospital, and the news of the poisoning somehow leaked to the media. By the way, the deputy threatened to punish those responsible for this leak. Whether this happened is still unknown. However, it is known that the fly agaric case stuck with Terekhov for a long time.

In general, 2023 turned out to be a busy year for Denis Eduardovich. The story about the governorship turned out to be very fascinating. Only it ended before it began. There were many loud promises from the New People deputy, as many as “10 Yes!” Terekhova”.
However, before the election video was released, Terekhov immediately announced that he would not be registered as a candidate. Although the municipal filter is almost assembled.

According to Terekhov, the problems of smog over Krasnoyarsk “15 thousand households that need to be switched to electricity are to blame.” The cost of the transfer is 4.5 billion rubles, where the largest part is subsidizing the electricity tariff, and the smaller part is the modernization of power grids.
The deputy sees the same solution for Minusinsk:

In the case of his governorship, Terekhov promised that Krasnoyarsk and Minusinsk would be able to “breathe” by last fall.
But for now, the deputy can only be content with the introduction of the law by the New People party to the Legislative Assembly of the region. The essence of the document is to compensate half of the costs of electric heating.

Denis Eduardovich doomed himself to become a deputy in the Legislative Assembly in September 2021. And judging by information from the official website of legislators, Terekhov has one initiative. And that one is joint. Not much.

Basically, Terekhov takes part in discussions and gives comments.

But judging by the declaration for 2021, the income of the PR specialist-deputy tends to 15 million rubles.

And yet, yes, over the past year, Denis Eduardovich was puzzled by parliamentary inquiries on the topic of excess profits of the network company RSK Networks and its affiliation with the RSK Sales company.

During the inspection, the FAS revealed an overestimation of electricity tariffs. Regional Ministry of Tariff politicians unreasonably increased the costs of RSK Network by 603.8 million rubles and included them in the cost of electricity for consumers.

The Ministry was ordered to exclude this amount from electricity tariffs and conduct an additional analysis and calculation of RSK Network’s expenses.

But this story is not over yet.

We cannot fail to mention that Denis Eduardovich likes to drink tea, strength training, morning jogging, undergo therapeutic fasting, wipe himself with snow on the balcony, conquer mountains and visit theaters.

Last year, Terekhov, together with his colleagues in the Legislative Assembly, climbed Elbrus in seven hours. Preparations for this event took six months.
