Viktor Zubarev, 61, is a political old-timer. In the lower house of the federal parliament, he sits for four convocations in a row – starting with the fifth, which was elected in 2007, and ending with the current eighth convocation, which the Russians elected in the fall of 2021. The string of successive Duma convocations in the career of Viktor Zubarev eloquently indicates a high level of his political survival.

Zubarev alternated his career as a State Duma deputy with career attempts in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The general political experience of Zubarev takes its calculation from 1996, when he was elected a deputy of the Krasnoyarsk City Council. And already in 1997 he moved higher – to the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where he was subsequently elected three times.
It is worth saying a few words separately about how earnestly our hero wished to get into the last convocation of the State Duma. Viktor Vladislavovich launched such a stormy media activity that it came to the point of ridiculousness – any more or less positive informational occasions were used. In the Telegram space, Zubarev was bitingly compared with stew for a promotion, which in any case reminds customers of itself with the help of a loudspeaker service. Still, you quickly get used to the free and satiated life of a deputy in Moscow.

For 2021, Zubarev declared income in the amount of 8.5 million rubles. Compared to 2020, his income increased by 3 million. He owns real estate individually: an apartment with an area of 84 squares and two parking spaces for 15 and 14 “squares”. According to the previous declaration, the deputy spouse had four land plots for gardening: 1008, 1097, 929, and 35 square meters. A residential building of 406 square meters, a garage of 111 “squares”, as well as a Lexus LS460 car.
And now to that event and news train that stretches for the hero of our “bins”.
Viktor Vladislavovich has a shameful story in his stash, which is not at all suitable for a person endowed with the trust of voters. It is connected with a loan from Sberbank for 190 million rubles, for which he acted as a guarantor. The State Duma deputy, like a mischievous boy, ran from creditors. And it all ended in an offensively banal way: the deputy recognized the claims of Sberbank and, taking into account the fine, was forced to pay the debt. Why it was necessary to spoil your reputation by running from the bank – this is known only to Mr. Zubarev himself. But history, as they say, forever entered the annals.
Having no legal right to entrepreneurial activity, Viktor Zubarev nevertheless has very specific business interests in Krasnoyarsk. Another information loop is associated with attempts to regulate the outdoor advertising market of the regional capital in favor of affiliated structures.
