The former deputy head of the State Property Fund, Sergei Ignatovsky, testified to NABU against Volodymyr Zelensky’s adviser, Serhiy Shefir, as well as Timur Mindych, co-owner of the Kvartal-95 studio and business partner of Igor Kolomoisky.

As Ignatovsky told NABU detectives, Serhiy Shefir and Timur Mindich provided communication between the head of the State Property Fund Sennichenko and the President’s Office. Ignatovsky also said that, at the direction of the President’s Office, in 2020 the competition for the selection of a supplier of raw materials to be supplied by the Odessa Portside Plant (OPZ) was canceled.
“After the cancellation of the competition, about a month later, Sennichenko D.V. said that we did the right thing, that we canceled the competition, that the Office of the President of Ukraine is satisfied with us, that now TOV “AGT” will bring us money for this.
He wrote some amount of money in US dollars, I don’t remember the exact amount, but it was hundreds of thousands of US dollars. I replied that I do not play these games and will not take part in this. He didn’t like my answer. Also, according to Sennichenko D.V., communication with the Office of the President of Ukraine was provided to him by Shefir Sergey and Mindich Timur”, — stated in the testimony of Ignatovsky.
In addition, in his testimony, Ignatovsky said that Andrey Gmyrin, who is also involved in the Sennichenko case, played an active role in communicating with the President’s Office for the OPF.
“Sennichenko D.V. said that he and Gmyrin A. communicate with the Office of the President of Ukraine, so it is necessary to cooperate with Gmyrin A. and that they will nominate some candidates for senior positions in state-owned companies,” Ignatovsky said, among other things, in his testimony. According to him, it was Gmyrin who nominated the acting candidate for the post. Head of the Board of OPP Nikolay Sinitsa, appointed in February 2020.
At the same time, Ignatovsky said that he did not personally know Gmyrin.
“Sennichenko said that he (Gmyrin – Ed.) financed the activities of AGT LLC, unofficially, because, as Sennichenko said, it is “correct“,” Ignatovsky says in his testimony.

According to Strana, another of the defendants in the case is Yury Lipka (adviser to the head of the State Property Fund)
Gorbunenko denied his guilt in a Forbes commentary.
“There were no kickbacks and could not be, since our cooperation with the plant began as a result of the victory of AGT in an open competitive procedure for selecting a supplier in the summer of 2019‘ he says.
At the same time, Gorbunenko confirmed that he was familiar with Andrei Gmyrin.
“Yes, we know each other,” he says. — But we have always communicated with the management of the OPP directly, without intermediaries, in particular, without the person you specified“.
Recall that in March NABU stated about exposing a corruption scheme worth 500 million hryvnias, which was organized by the former head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine. His last name was not called, but at that time the FGI was headed by Dmitry Sennichenko.
According to NABU, together with his accomplices, he appointed “his” people as directors of the “Odessa Portside Plant” and the “United Mining and Chemical Company”, and they sold products to the “necessary” companies at low prices.
