The lists contain the names of potential evaders and fictitious diagnoses. Now we need to find and check these people.
The State Bureau of Investigation is studying the lists found during searches in the office of the head of the Khmelnitsky Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise (MSEC) Tatyana Krupa. This was reported by the representative of the regional department of the DBR in Khmelnitsky, Ekaterina Gerasimuk, informs Suspilne on Saturday, October 5th.
According to her, these lists contain names and fictitious diagnoses. Now the pre-trial investigation authorities must find and verify the persons indicated in the lists.
Lawyer Natalya Svirnevskaya stated that if it is proven that a person on the list was incorrectly diagnosed with the purpose of evading mobilization, then he may face liability under Art. 336 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment from three to five years.
If the pre-trial investigation authorities establish that, in addition, money was provided to obtain a diagnosis that would provide grounds for a deferment or not to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, then such actions may be qualified under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction provides for punishment in the form of a fine of up to 4 thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or restriction of freedom for a term of two to four years, or imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with or without confiscation of property.
The day before it became known that the head of MSEC in the Khmelnitsky region and her relatives were found to have $6 million in cash and many other assets during searches. The media learned that we are talking about Tatyana Krupa, who is a deputy from the Servant of the People in the Khmelnitsky Regional Council. Krupa has been working as the chief physician of the regional MSEC since 2008.
And today the DBR reported that the head of the Khmelnitsky regional center of MSEC was detained. She was informed of suspicion of illegal enrichment.
