Nodari Jinchvelashvili was detained under the “anti-theft article” 210.1.

The Cherepovets City Court until November 16 arrested thief in law Nodari Dzhinchvelashvili, also known as Shoshiya, who was previously detained on suspicion of “involvement in the highest criminal hierarchy.” It is reported by NewsVo.

Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Vologda Oblast reported that the police had collected materials proving that Jinchvelashvili, from 1986 to the present, having the status of a thief in law, obliged representatives of the criminal world with a lower status to obey his will and orders. In particular, in 2019, Shoshiya appointed three men aged 34 to 50 to look after the territory of his influence.

A criminal case has been initiated on occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy (Article 210.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In addition to the crime boss himself, three of his henchmen were also detained.
