Corruption in the IHC system: how many industries were opened this year

31 people were informed of suspicion of committing corruption offences.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Security Service of Ukraine has opened 14 criminal proceedings regarding illegal actions of employees of military medical commissions (MMC).

This was reported by the command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine after holding a joint meeting with the SBU with the heads of units of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces to effectively prevent corruption.

According to the SBU, as part of the proceedings opened this year, 31 people were informed of suspicion of committing corruption offenses.

In two cases, we were talking about the illegal activities of VVK employees as part of organized criminal groups.

Corruption crimes committed by representatives of military medical commissions are usually classified under articles 191, 262, 308, 312, 313, 320, 357, 354, 364, 368, 368-2, 302, 369, 369-2 and 410 of the Criminal Code Code of Ukraine.

The command of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized that any manifestations of corruption are unacceptable and harm the interests of the state, primarily its defense capability.
