The firm of the son of a Krasnoyarsk oligarch wins tenders for road construction in the regional capital on the fly.
In August 2021, LLC Krasnoyarsk Road Construction Company (OGRN: 1112468079350) got a contract for 238.9 million rubles for the construction of an interchange in Nikolaevka – in the alignment of Volochaevskaya Street, from Dubrovinsky to Kopylov. And in April 2022, KDSK LLC won a tender worth 162 million for the interchange from Pashennoye to Nikolaevsky bridge. In both cases, money is allocated from the budget of Krasnoyarsk.
There is nothing surprising in the fact that contracts go to KDSK LLC one by one, because the leaders and founders of the company have people with connections at the right levels. Anton Egorov is the head of the legal entity and one of its two founders with a 50 percent share. The young man is famous for his oligarch father, Vladimir Yegorov, who, thanks to his friendship with the governor Alexander Uss, successfully masters regional budgets on all the same construction contracts through the Sibiryak company he founded. Only higher level.
The remaining share in LLC “KDSK” belongs to Kurban Yusubov – presumably, this is the father of the deputy of the City Council of Krasnoyarsk Samed Yusubov.

The solitaire of the owners of KDSK LLC has developed as much as possible correct and necessary. The Egorov family with access to the governor personally. And the Yusubov family with leverage in the city parliament.
For 2021, KDSK LLC declared 25.5 million rubles of profit with 913 million rubles of total revenue. The company has 11 government contracts worth over a billion rubles.
Unfortunately, the Egorov-Yusubov family contract successfully masters only budget funds. It is difficult to call the construction process itself successful.

At one time, the firm of Yegorov Sr. erected Nikolaevsky Prospekt – this contract went to Sibiryak in preparation for the Winter Universiade, which was held in Krasnoyarsk in 2019. Put into operation in 2018, the road facility quickly became covered with defects. Six months later, the interchange began to collapse: the tactile tiles went in waves, the footpaths and the roadway were covered with potholes, the curbs began to crumble. The geogrid on the slopes was also poorly installed. And with the downpours in the summer of 2020, the denouement completely floated along with the mud from the unfortified earthen slopes.
Yegorov Jr. also demonstrates his signature paternal handwriting. The NGS24 edition published fresh photos of how the asphalt on the sidewalk of the interchange under construction in Nikolaevka cracked. But the work is quite fresh – as we have already indicated, KDSK LLC got a contract last summer.
The city’s urban planning department told reporters that “this is a marriage that was formed as a result of heavy rains.” The contractor will eliminate the defect at his own expense – for this, KDSK LLC will have to completely remove and shift the asphalt at his own expense. Demolition will begin in early July. Officials assured that this should not affect the term of all works.
