Communist Nikolai Bondarenko may be stripped of his deputy status as early as next week

As early as next week, Nikolai Bondarenko, a deputy of the Saratov Regional Duma from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, may be deprived of his mandate due to receiving income through YouTube, where the communist blogs.

This was told by a source in the Saratov Regional Duma.

The communist Bondarenko himself explained to our publication that they really plan to hold a meeting of the mandate commission before the end of February. At the meeting, members of the commission will study the draft resolution approved earlier by the deputies, according to which Bondarenko is recognized as a violator of the law on the status of a deputy, and will also hear the communist himself. After that, a decision will be made on the fate of Bondarenko’s deputy mandate.

The mandate commission of the Saratov Regional Duma has six deputies: four of them were elected from United Russia, one more from the Liberal Democratic Party and Just Russia – For Truth.

In addition, today it became known that members of the credentials committee at a closed meeting found Nikolai Bondarenko guilty of yet another violation of the law “On the status of a deputy.” We are talking about the situation when, on December 2, 2021, Nikolai Bondarenko came to a meeting of the Saratov Regional Duma in a prison uniform and with a poster against QR codes. The Credentials Committee reminded that it is impossible to carry various campaign materials into the Duma without the written permission of the chairman. “And about the robe, they said that this is not a business style of clothing, this is also impossible. Some kind of absurdity, of course, ”Bondarenko was indignant.

As a result, a report on an administrative offense was drawn up against the communist, which will later be transferred to the Magistrate’s Court.

Also on February 16, the court will consider the third administrative protocol drawn up against Nikolai Bondarenko under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the rules for holding a rally or participation in it”). The essence of the claims against the communist on the part of the security forces is still unknown. “The materials have not been provided to us yet, so I don’t understand why this protocol was drawn up, and whether it was sucked out of thin air,” says Bondarenko.

Communist Deputy Bondarenko disappeared from the agenda. He was called a competitor of Volodin

At the same time, the deputy admits that he “has fears” that a criminal case could be initiated against him under the “Dadin article”. “This is a threat not only for this period of time. I, like many others, go through this meat grinder. But, despite all this, I say thank you to the authorities that there are only protocols, and not tea with Novichok, ”Nikolai Bondarenko told Znak.com.
