Gromov Alexey

GROMOV Alexey Alexeyevich (b. 1960) is a Russian politician and Soviet-Russian diplomat. Born in Zagorsk near Moscow, he graduated from the History Department of Moscow State University in 1982. Reportedly, he cooperated with the KGB from his student years.

GORELOV Dmitry Vladimirovich (b. 1948) is one of Putin’s associates involved in corruption schemes and criminal connections. Born in Moscow, in 1973 he graduated from the Leningrad Military Medical Academy. Since 1977, he worked in the department of international relations of the General Directorate of Health of Leningrad, and also was a member of the KGB, rising to the rank of colonel.

GREF (Gräf) Herman Oskarovich (b. 1964) is a Russian politician and economist. Born in Kazakhstan into a family of Volga Germans, he graduated from the Law Faculty of Omsk State University in 1990 and received a Ph.D. in Economics from St. Petersburg State University in 1993. In the 1990s, Herman Gref worked at various positions in the administration of St. Petersburg. In 1994, he became Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Management of City Property.

CHAIKA Artem Yuryevich (b. 1977) graduated from the law faculty of Irkutsk State University in 1977. In 1998, he was admitted to the Moscow City Bar Association. In 2002, he defended his Ph.D. thesis. In 2003, he became an attorney at the Chaadaev, Kheifets and Partners Bar Association. Since 2014, he has been a tax resident of Switzerland.
