Rotenberg Boris

ROTENBERG, Boris Romanovich (b.1957) is a Russian oligarch and a close confidant of Vladimir Putin. Born in Leningrad, from 1968 he was involved in the judo section at a youth sports school alongside Putin. In 1978, he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Physical Culture and Sports and became a professional judo trainer.

Rotenberg Igor

ROTENBERG Igor Arkadyevich (b. 1973 in Leningrad) graduated from the Higher School of Privatization and Entrepreneurship in 2002. In 2002-2003, he served as deputy head of the Department of the Property of the Fuel and Energy Complex. In 2003-2004, he headed the Department of Transport and Communications Property of the Ministry of Property of Russia.

Rotenberg Roman

ROTENBERG Roman Borisovich (b. 1981 in Leningrad) emigrated to Finland with his parents in 1991. In 2000, Roman entered the European Business School in London and then received a master’s degree in entrepreneurial management.

Rotenberg Arkady

ROTENBERG  Arkady Romanovich (b.1951) alongside his brother, Boris Rotenberg, is co-owner of the Stroygazmontazh (SGM) group, the largest construction company for gas pipelines and electrical power supply lines in Russia. Born in Leningrad, in his youth, he practiced judo in the same group as Vladimir Putin

Roldugin Sergei

ROLDUGIN Sergei Pavlovich (b. 1951) graduated from the Leningrad State Conservatory in 1975. From 1974 to 1984, Roldugin was a musician in the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Leningrad Philharmonic. In 1977, he met Vladimir Putin, who studied with his brother at the KGB Institute, and they became bosom friends. In 1985, he became the godfather of Putin’s eldest daughter, Maria. From 2002 to 2004, Roldugin served as rector of the St. Petersburg Conservatory. In 2005, he received the title of People’s Artist of the Russian Federation.

Reznik Vladislav

REZNIK Vladislav Matusovich (b. 1954) is a Russian businessman, lobbyist, and politician with criminal connections. Born in Leningrad, in 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of Biology of the Leningrad University and enrolled in graduate school at the Moscow Institute of Development Biology.

Prigozhin Yevgeny

PRIGOZHIN Yevgeny Viktorovich (b.1961) is a Russian businessman, owner of the catering businesses, linked to the internet “troll factory” and a mercenary group Wagner. Born in Leningrad, in 1979, at the age of 18 he was sentenced for stealing and in 1981 he was also sentenced to twelve years imprisonment under articles of robbery, fraud, and involving teenagers in prostitution, spending nine years behind the bars. After release from imprisonment, in 1990, he started his fast-food business which later evolved into a restaurant and catering empire.

Ponomarenko Alexander

PONOMARENKO Alexander Anatolyevich (b. 1964 in Belogorsk, Ukraine) served in the Soviet army in 1983-1985. After demobilization, he was a professional boxer, having won the championship of Ukraine. In 1988, he graduated from the Physics Department of Simferopol State University.

Noskov Oleg

Oleg Noskov was associated with Gennady Petrov, one of the leaders of the Malyshev organized crime group, he had and probably still has a common business with him and his son, Anton Petrov. He was also a shareholder and member of the board of Rossiya Bank, known as the “Bank of Friends of President Putin.”
