Shuvalov Igor

SHUVALOV Igor Ivanovich (b. 1967) graduated from the law faculty of Moscow State University in 1993 and worked as an attaché in the legal department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then he began working at the ALM-Consulting Law Office of the Moscow College of Advocates, one of the founders of which was Alexander Mamut. He held the positions of a senior lawyer and the director of the bureau.

Smirnov Vladimir

SMIRNOV Vladimir Alexeyevich (b. 1957 in Pskov) graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation with a degree in electrical engineering in 1980. In 1980-1989, he worked as an engineer and a junior researcher at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation. In 1988, he received the State Prize for Young Scientists for outstanding work in science and technology.

Timchenko Gennady

TIMCHENKO, Gennady Nikolayevich (b.1952) is a Russian-Finnish billionaire, a close friend of Vladimir Putin. Born in Soviet Armenia and raised in East Germany and Ukraine, in 1976, he graduated from the Leningrad Mechanical Institute. He started his career as an engineer at the Izhorsky plant near Leningrad, which specialized in building power generators. From 1982 to 1988, he worked as a senior engineer for the Ministry of Foreign Trade.

Tokarev Nikolay

TOKAREV Nikolay Petrovich (b. 1950 in Karaganda) graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in electrification and automation of mining in 1973. For several years, he worked at mining enterprises in Kazakhstan, where his task was to monitor anti-Soviet sentiments among workers and to prevent the disclosure of classified information.

Torshin Alexander

TORSHIN Alexander Porfiryevich (b. 1953) graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Law Institute in 1978, after which he worked in various positions in the prosecutor’s office of the RSFSR, in the Soviet Association of Political Sciences, the Presidium of the USSR Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU, and the apparatus of the President of the USSR.

TRABER Ilya Ilyich (also known as Antiquarian) is a Russian businessman, mafia boss and an old friend of Vladimir Putin. Born in Omsk in 1950, he graduated from the Sevastopol Higher Naval School with the rank of lieutenant, served in the submarine fleet and was a member of the Communist Party.

Turchak Andrey

TURCHAK Andrey Anatolyevich (b. 1975) and his political success are associated with his father, Anatoly Turchak, who used to go to the same judo club along with Vladimir Putin and the Rotenberg brothers. Apparently, such connections proved to be very useful for Turchak Sr., since having started his career as a simple mechanic at the Leninets factory, he soon became the general director of the enterprise, and then headed the Leninets Holding Company OJSC.
