Yevtushenkov Vladimir

YEVTUSHENKOV Vladimir Petrovich (b. 1948) graduated from Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology in 1973 and the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University in 1980. In 1975-1982, he worked as the head of the workshop, deputy director, chief engineer of the Karacharovsky plastic plant.

Usmanov Alisher

USMANOV Alisher Burkhanovich (b. 1953) graduated from MGIMO with a degree in international law in 1976. His fellow student was Sergey Yastrzhembsky, the future press secretary and assistant to Boris Yeltsin and Vladimir Putin. He worked as a research fellow at the USSR Academy of Sciences, senior assistant to the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Uzbekistan.

TIMCHENKO-FRANK Ksenia Gennadyevna (b. 1985 in Leningrad) is the youngest daughter of the oligarch Gennady Timchenko, a close associate of Vladimir Putin. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2009.

Rybolovlev Dmitry

RYBOLOVLEV Dmitry Yevgenyevich (b. 1966 in Perm) graduated with honors from the Perm Medical Institute in 1990, worked as an orderly in the intensive care unit of the cardiology department. In 1990, Dmitry Rybolovlev founded the company Magnets, which provided medical services to corporate clients using the method of magnetotherapy developed by his father.

Sechina Marina

SECHINA Marina Vladimirovna (b. 1962) graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in economics. During her studies at the university, she met her future husband Igor Sechin, with whom she lived until their divorce in 2011.

Serdyukov Anatoly

SERDYUKOV Anatoly Eduardovich (b. 1962) graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Soviet Trade in 1984. Between 1985 and 1991, he was a sales manager at a furniture store in Leningrad. Up until 2000, he had been involved in the furniture business.

Shelomov Mikhail

SHELOMOV Mikhail Lvovich (b. 1968) was born in the family of Lyubov Ivanovna Shelomova, a cousin of Vladimir Putin. There is no public information about his life until Putin was elected president of the Russian Federation. At least since the end of the 2000s, he worked as a chief specialist at the state shipping company Sovcomflot in St. Petersburg.
