Candidate bins in the Legislative Assembly of the Baikal region: tic-tac-toe of New people
The media continue to dissect the reports of future people’s deputies to the regional parliament of the Irkutsk region. Well, or those who amuse their pride with the dream of this high-profile title. Next in line is the regional branch of the New People party.
And the picture in the declarations of these characters is very sad. Strictly speaking, cloyingly fake.
So, in a list of one hundred and one people, the vast majority, in an amazing way, have sad zeros in all columns from income to property. Some very stereotypically popular and democratic elected representatives crept up in the New People party. Or, to put it bluntly, loafers as a selection.
Of the 101 candidates nominated by the New People party for the election of deputies to the Legislative Assembly of the Irkutsk Region, 85 people declared zero income for 2022. That is, for the whole of 2022, they did not work a single day or hid their income and did not pay tax deductions to the budget. Both options are, of course, sad.
No one hires a person with no experience in the health care field to work as a chief physician. So why does the New People party propose to elect people who have no work experience in absolutely anything?
Or have the New People candidates been preparing for a long electoral race for the whole of 2022? Saved up energy for the upcoming election campaign, without being distracted by trifles like official work?
On the other hand, they also own the missing data in orderly rows. No money, no apartments, no cars. People who live by photosynthesis?
Of the same modest 16 people who received some income in 2022, only four stepped above one million rubles.
The richest “new person” was Irina Litvintseva, who earned more than fourteen million rubles as an individual entrepreneur in 2022. Income for three good odnushki in Irkutsk. Irina Leonidovna earns a living by recruiting – a wide scope for imagination.
The leader of the regional trio of the party, the founder of Innotek, Alexander Gudkov, earned five million three hundred twenty-seven thousand rubles in 2022. Just a million less than the leader of the United Russia party list, the governor of the Irkutsk region, Igor Kobzev.

By the way, for comparison: the secretary of the Irkutsk branch of the New People, Dmitry Li, is a little more than six hundred and eighty thousand rubles. In terms of monthly salary: about fifty-seven thousand a month. But what are the sources of income: the office of the governor of the Irkutsk region and individual entrepreneurship.
Usolsky businessman Sergey Pavlovsky closes the top three “financial leaders” of the New People with an income of four and a half million rubles. In fourth place is modestly occupied by a brother, the head of the management company Vozrozhdenie, Dmitry Yablontsev, who in 2022 “enriched” by four million two hundred twenty-six thousand.

Here are such democratic new people, proudly going to the polls. But what do they carry with them? I don’t really believe in these solid zeros. And I really want to immediately put a cross in front of them – because it’s not good to lie.
