Andrey Kropotkin, speaker of the parliament of the Kaliningrad region, thought so when he built a network of companies step by step, where there was a place for the construction of elite settlements and restaurants named after himself. “Chronicles” studied the business empire of the deputy and found his sister, who plays an important role in enriching the family.

Kropotkina lives with two sons of the speaker of the parliament of the Kalingrad region, Nikolai and Anton … no, not in the 39th region, but in the NATO country – Spain. In 2013, Kropotkin himself toldthat the children had to leave back in 2011 to play tennis at the academy in Barcelona.

Well, the move did not bring success in tennis: in the Russian tennis rating, the eldest son Anton takes 1 746 place. The highest place, 158, he held back in 2010, before moving. In tournaments under the auspices of the International Tennis Federation Anton spoke only four times in 2014 – having received two defeats and two victories. Where his brother Nikolai performed is not known from open sources.

Kropotkin’s ex-wife herself positions herself as nothing less than a psychologist-sexologist: she has diplomas from the EdPro online academy of additional education based in Moscow.

It is interesting that, judging by Instagram, Kropotkin’s eldest son Anton spends the last months in Moscow.

I wonder why – either it was not lucky, or because in Spain none of the relatives heads any city or parliament of autonomy.

It all started simply: Natalya taught at the Kaliningrad Institute of Management, her son worked as a technician, and then as an engineer in a construction company. Everything changed when Mazilkin’s uncle, Andrey Kropotkin (“Chronicles” for certain knows their relationship), began to rapidly grow rich in construction and join the ruling elite of Kaliningrad.

A metamorphosis also took place with Kropotkin’s sister. Officially, she has never been called that before, but the Chronicles do it with all confidence: Mazilkina and Kropotkin have the same mother, Lydia Kriskentovna Kropotkina, but different fathers. Mazilkina now sometimes acts as a lobbyist: for example, she – customer project site planning near the park Theodor Krone, where they are going to build 70 thousand square meters. m of housing. It somehow happened that ten plots with a total area of ​​approximately 21 hectares and a cadastral value of more than half a billion rubles were owned by the sister of the speaker of the parliament of the Kaliningrad region. How much the city budget received for these plots is a mystery. “Chronicles” could not find the relevant documents.

The Eco-City company is building up this area. That’s what spoke once its director Alexander Kachanovich:

— You often build on the most delicious plots of land in the most profitable areas of Kaliningrad or on the coast. How do you manage to get such a stable, for years, just like that, surely there are many who want it? Your interests are lobbied by someone in power?

— No, of course not. We buy, as required by the Land Code, at auction or simply from land owners.

Eco-city company only on one plot of 1.3 hectares going to erect 11 thousand sq. m of housing with an average cost of 115 thousand rubles. per sq. m, which in total is more than 1.2 billion rubles. In total, real estate on the lands of Mazilkina can be built in the amount of up to 15 billion rubles. Thus, 500 million cadastral value will easily turn into a billion, or even more.

The other 19 apartments and non-residential premises in another of Anuchkin’s houses at 37 Oktyabrskaya Street became the property of Kropotkin’s sister in 2017. Their total area is already more than 1 thousand square meters. m, and the cadastral value – more than 57 million rubles.

Real estate worth more than 76 million rubles, transferred to the speaker’s sister, is serious, and already in 2018 Anuchkin receives a medal “For services to the city of Kaliningrad”. And in 2019 in a hurry leaves the City Council and concedes the post of chairman of the commission on urban economy to Alexander Kolodyazhny. The very same one who had ceded two Kropotkin firms a year before.

But Anuchkin was not the only one who, for no apparent reason, decided to fill up his speaker’s sister with real estate. In 2020, Mazilkina receives from Olga Belokon, another denomination of Kropotkin, a plot of more than 2 hectares on International Cadastral Street worth 114 million rubles. And he sells it to the deputy of the parliament of the 39th region, Valery Makarov. Kropotkin knows him at least from his work in the city council of Kaliningrad, where Makarov was also a deputy.

In 2022, Makarov’s company built a residential complex on this site. The median price per square meter in this house is 105 thousand rubles, and the total area of ​​apartments – more than 42 thousand square meters. m. Thus, the total cadastral value of apartments is approximately 4.5 billion rubles.

It turns out that Mazilkina profitably acquires land and sells it profitably, and somewhere behind her back looms an influential brother who headed the Kaliningrad City Council, led the city, and now chairs the regional Legislative Assembly.

As you can see, Kropotkin prefers not to release money from his family. His mother, sister and nephew work in denominations. The development of Kaliningrad has become a family affair for them.
