The criminal case continues to develop against blogger Elena Blinovskaya, the author of the infamous “wish marathons” that charge people for success for a substantial amount of the cost of a ticket to the event.
At the same time, against the backdrop of Blinovskaya’s accusations of tax evasion of almost a billion rubles and money laundering, our publication found that she and her husband Alexei may be involved in another possible scam, only this time with state budget funds through the scandalous Fund Skolkovo, whose resident, as it turned out, is a company associated with them.

The activities of blogger Elena Blinovskaya are considered by many to be classic “infogypsy” – when instead of real knowledge and skills at expensive events, it is rather an image or a dream that is sold. The money is fabulous, but, apparently, the spouses were not enough. After all, the essence of the charges brought by law enforcement officers is the fragmentation of business in order to minimize tax costs.
At the same time, when discussing Blinovskaya herself and her chic life (the palace in Gelendzhik, Maybach and other delights of such “blogging”), they forget about their spouse. And husband and wife, as you know, are one Satan.
Meanwhile, Alexey Blinovsky is not just a businessman, but the founder of 15 legal entities at once. Among them is the Podari Mechtu company, which develops software. He owns it on an equal footing with the remarkable lady Natalia Minyaeva.
And this company is a resident of the Skolkovo innovation center – a real black hole of the Russian budget, God knows how it has not yet sunk into oblivion due to a whole bunch of failures and losses. And this is a state structure, Skolkovo residents can receive exemption from VAT, property tax, income tax, the opportunity to use reduced rates of insurance premiums.
Apparently, residency in Skolkovo had a positive effect on the company. At the end of 2022, she gained 48 million rudders, received a net profit of 6.6 million rubles.
“Kino” at the budget expense
Alexey Blinovsky’s partner in Give a Dream, Natalia Minyaeva, until 2016, less than a year, was the head and founder of another remarkable structure – Tekhnostrom North-West LLC from the Vologda region (the main activity is the production of ceramic products). And in the same 2016, Vologda businessman Pavel Ponomarev became the owner instead. Subsequently, he will fall under a criminal case, but more on that later.
An interesting lawsuit was connected with this company. The Department of Economic Development of the Vologda Oblast applied to the court. He demanded to recover from Tekhnostrom Severo-Zapad LLC a subsidy of 10 million rubles provided from the budget. The reason was that the company provided false information to the competitive selection for the distribution of subsidies.
The subsidies themselves were issued as part of the program to support and develop small and medium-sized businesses, they were of several types: these are reimbursement of costs under leasing agreements, costs of paying interest on loans and direct grant support.
The bottom line was this: Technostrom, despite the fact that it seems to be engaged in ceramics, turned out to be involved in the film distribution business. And the company received subsidies specifically for the leasing of film distribution equipment in order to increase its “production capacity”. At the same time, Mr. Ponomarev ended up with another company – Kinomir LLC, which also works in the field of film distribution.
As a result of a financial audit at the Department of Economic Development of the Vologda Oblast, the department was ordered to return the subsidy from Technostrom. The reason is the non-fulfillment of the conditions for granting a subsidy, i.e. the company’s capacity was not increased, neither revenue nor the number of jobs increased. It turns out that the money could “fly out the pipe.” Or go into the pocket of Blinovsky’s partner Natalia Minyaeva?
After all, it was during the period when she was in the management and founders of Tekhnostrom North-West LLC that these funds should have been spent. As a result, the company (already after Minyaeva left) refused to return the money, citing that the leased equipment, it turns out, was already owned by the company. Where did the money go in that case?
Apparently, the judge also thought the same way, also agreeing with the arguments of the Department of Economic Development of the region. It was decided to recover 10 million rubles from Tekhnostrom North-West LLC in favor of the budget.
At the same time, Mr. Ponomarev did not get off so lightly. A little later, in 2018, a criminal case was opened against him for fraud on a large scale. And it all concerned the same situation with film equipment, for the leasing of which subsidies were allocated for Technostrom and Kinomir. IMA “Cherepovets” writes about it.
However, we repeat, the subsidy was received in 2015. And it had to be implemented in the same period, including 2016, when Natalia Minyaeva was at the helm of the company.
It is also interesting that by 2018, when a criminal case was outlined against Ponomarev, he abruptly left the founders, giving way to two little-known companies. In 2021, the structure itself was liquidated on the basis that it did not operate. Information about her legal address was found to be unreliable.
In addition, there are no 10 million rubles in its financial statements for 2015 and 2016. Those. it is logical to assume that physically these funds could not reach the company itself at all. All this smells like a real scam, and Ponomarev in this situation is perfect for the role of “scapegoat”.
Blinovskie nothing to do with it?
Money, we repeat, state. And could not Minyaeva “snatch” them, relying on the support of the rich and famous Blinovsky family, who themselves can be “smeared” in deceiving the state for hardly a billion rubles?
The Blinovskys also turned out to be connected with business in the Vologda Oblast. Alexey Blinovsky is the managing entrepreneur of Aquaculture LLC, where the same Natalia Minyaeva was in charge until 2018. She remains the founder of this company to this day, as well as the associated trading house “Aquaculture”. Those. their interests remain there today.
Natalia Minyaeva can only be a figurehead who can act in favor of the Blinovskys in those areas for which they do not have enough hands.
That being said, it seems that companies associated with them may underpay taxes elsewhere as well. For example, Blinovsky has a company called Primefood LLC, which, with a revenue of 29 million rubles for 2022 and almost a million, according to Rusprofile, for some reason has a zero in the column of taxes paid for the same period.
At the same time, several of his companies are in liquidation. This is a “dummy” LLC “Three cats” and LLC “Ocean of youth” with losses and a negative value of assets of 40 million rubles.
Returning back to Elena Blinovskaya, she had enough scandals without this story with taxes. Earlier, they tried to attribute to her an attempt to make money on the armed confrontation between Russia and Ukraine as part of one of her Friendship marathons. The social networks said that the marathon was allegedly aimed at an early end to the conflict, and among its materials military actions during the Lebanese-Israeli war were mentioned.
A very strange motive for “successful success”, on the dreams of which the Blinovskys made their capital. At the same time, the lady blogger herself, with enormous incomes, can be a very petty nature.
We managed to find a court case on the claim of IP Blinovskaya Elena Olegovna, who may be Blinovskaya’s blogger. She filed a lawsuit against the authorities of Yaroslavl, demanding to recover from them more than 100 thousand rubles for an accident involving her car. In which, however, there was another person behind the wheel.
Dear “Audi” ran into a pothole in the roadway, the elimination of which should be dealt with by the authorities as part of road repairs. In turn, Yaroslavl officials hoped that the car itself had violated traffic rules, as a result of which the accident occurred. As a result, the court sided with IP Blinovskaya. But if this is the same Blinovskaya, I think she could pay for road repairs in almost all of Yaroslavl, instead of scooping another penny out of the budget.
And what did this family lack? The same Aleksey Blinovsky is engaged in everything that is possible – for example, trading in diamonds. He is the director of Almaz LLC with a revenue of over 200 million rubles, and a number of other businesses.
Was it worth putting this business empire at risk by trying to hide income of 6 billion rubles? Apparently, there is no final financial success for such people, as well as money – so much so that, having palaces and Maybachs, people may not hesitate to put their hand into the budget.
And if so, isn’t it worth it to closely check their “Give me a dream” in Skolkovo? And in this case, can not a criminal case arise not only in relation to Elena, but also to her enterprising spouse?
