Katya’s goal was precisely Dmitry Bosov. For her acquaintance with him and the “desired result”, she promised her friend Natasha Ragozina a house on Rublyovka. She never received a house, but Katya married Dmitry to herself. Convinced that Bosov was already madly in love with her, she left with another man for the Maldives.
Bosov went looking for her. And having found, he received a condition: either he will marry her or he can forever forget. So on January 19, 2016, Ekaterina Yastrebova officially became Katerina Bosov.

“Dima really loved her very much, it was not even love, but some kind of addiction, but life with her was hell for him – constant quarrels that she started every time, insulting and humiliating him,” recall the entrepreneurs entering the Bosovs’ house and household staff. They say that it was like a systematic persecution, often in another fit of rage, Katya could hit her husband, throw anything at hand into him – a mobile phone, dishes, etc. The failed joint celebration of the New Year 2020 was indicative. The couple arrived in Courchevel, where Katya made another scandal and flew to Moscow to her friends, and Bosov stayed to celebrate the New Year with his little daughter.
Thinking about a possible breakup with Katya, in the summer of 2019, Dmitry Bosov looked after a small house in Forte dei Marmi, explaining to the agent that he was going to live in it alone. But he couldn’t leave.
Katya herself skillfully hid her adventures from her husband: she did not stop communicating with the “former”, she could sleep with the man she liked, among her lovers there were a large number of employees of Bosov himself. At her own insistence, Katya began working in her husband’s companies in 2017. Starting from the position of General Director of SA Logistic and completing this activity with a loss of 500 million rubles. and a hasty flight from this position due to fear of being held accountable, Katya nevertheless got more and more involved in her husband’s business, in 2018 becoming the commercial director of the Sibanthracite Group. While in this position, she probably did not disdain receiving small kickbacks from the group’s clients. In 2018, she insisted that they move to the United States to give birth there. In Los Angeles, Dmitry set up a fund to invest in the California-legal medical cannabis business and appointed Katya as one of its main directors, along with Gabriel Borden and Ari Stigler.
As a director, Katya was actively involved in this business while in the United States and had already returned to Moscow. Secretly from everyone, she seems to have agreed with a group of international scammers under the leadership of a certain Igor (Gary) Shinder and insisted on hiring them by Bosovs to “restructure the project” and return investments. Katya hoped to get her share on the side. But the scammers scammed Bosov, and at the same time Katya, they stole all the assets of the project, which resulted in the loss of all investments in the project in the amount of $160 million.
On the edge of life and death
Dmitry forgave her everything. And she coolly implemented the main plan with which, apparently, she came: to take Bosov’s assets.
A few days after the wedding, he rewrote half of the house in the village of Usovo on Rublyovka worth $30 million to her; then he gave away a house in Los Angeles, bought for $ 30 million (under the threat that he would not see the child again if he did not rewrite the house in the name of his daughter); a US bank account for $10 million was also transferred to her name. But this was not enough. She seemed to want everything. And first of all – the Sibanthracite Group created by Dmitry Bosov.
Constantly putting pressure on her husband, Katya insisted more and more insistently that he write a will, according to which, in the event of his death, all his property would go to her. During the last month of the life of an entrepreneur, a notary came to his house several times, in May 2020 a draft of such a will was drawn up by a notary. Just a few days were not enough for Katya to implement her plan …
Locked in the house during the lockdown period, Bosov and Katya cursed endlessly. Then Bosov found out about his wife’s deceptions, having seen the correspondence on the phone. He was in shock. Close friends are sure: the constant scandals with Katya, the disgusting scenes described in the testimony in the criminal case, which were witnessed by all the family, and the news of her “romances” led to the fact that at some point all this became unbearable for him.
He didn’t want to die. But he could no longer live.
Everyone with whom Bosov spoke shortly before his death unanimously asserts that nothing in his behavior indicated any general depression, bad mood, his suicide came as a complete surprise to his sons and parents, friends and business partners. He made plans for the future, discussed trips to friends in Kamchatka and other cities and countries, just a few hours before his death he actively discussed business issues by phone with top managers. A week before, he gave instructions to prepare for his arrival the same house in Italy, where he planned to move immediately after the lockdown and live alone, “and let Katya live where she wants.”
But everything turned out differently.

During dinner, he constantly entered and exited the kitchen, walking around as if in a cell. At half past eight he kissed Bella again. From the side it seemed: what a cute daddy! No one could have imagined that this was the last kiss for his precious baby.”
