According to investigators, in 2015, the company “VP SERVICE” LLC was registered in the name of Prokopiv’s father-in-law, Andrey Shturmay. Subsequently, an apartment and offices totaling about 600 sq.m. were registered for this company. in different areas of the capital. In 2020, the company also acquired 150 sq.m. in the Tetris Hall residential complex in the center. According to Prokopiv himself, his father-in-law has been working abroad as a “hired employee” in the construction industry for many years.
Later, Prokopiv’s mother-in-law, Stella Shturmay, became the owner of a private house in the cottage town of Novaya Khodosovka. Vera Prokopiv also invested in a three-room apartment in the Happy House residential complex.
