The family of the billionaire Aristov has captured the Chelyabinsk beach, but no one is going to do anything about it.
Company owned by the daughter of an oligarch Alexandra Aristova Elena Kretova, fenced off the beach on Lake Turgoyak. If earlier local residents and tourists could relax by the water, now only visitors to the elite recreation center, which was built there by a family of famous businessmen, have such privileges.

The fact is that on the shore of the lake LLC Consultants of the Urals is developing a private recreation club with a tennis court. It was for this club that the beach was blocked. The company has several such elite recreation centers in the region. This is reported URA.RU.
The company has been owned by Elena Kretova since 2015, and until April 2022, the share still belonged to Aristov’s former partner Yuri Antipov.

Local residents said that they wanted to go to the beach to the water, but the guard could not prevent it.
“We saw a deserted beach and wanted to go there with my wife, but an armed guard in uniform came out to us and asked us to leave,” told Chelyabinsk.
In addition, entrepreneurs have installed a prohibition sign, which says that the territory is private.

Interestingly, the Ministry of Ecology of the region reported that, due to the restriction of access to water, specialists from the State Budgetary Institution “SPNA of the Chelyabinsk Region” conducted an on-site survey of the lake’s shoreline. Only bad luck, there were no signs there anymore, which means there were no problems either.
There are private beaches on the lake, but, according to water protection legislation, they should not interfere with the free passage of people to the water. Nevertheless, no one began to deal further with the seizure of territory. Apparently, the Aristov family enjoys special privileges, and Russian laws are not written for them…

The business was divided, it would seem that everyone should be happy, however, the Aristov family does not seem to moderate their ardor, and judging by the situation with the lake, the oligarch did not forget the manners acquired in the 90s, when the “new Russians” kept the rest – others for cattle, and were sincerely sure that they were entitled to more than others. Surely the money to stumble from all sorts of checks is clearly enough for him and his family.

It is noteworthy that LLC “Consultants of the Urals” by Elena Kretova, which blocked the beach, has been allegedly reconstructing the Mayak children’s camp on the Shershnevsky reservoir since 2014. This story is surprising in that the territory really went to a rich family, and even for a reason.
An important role was played by the ex-governor Vadim Solovyov, who at that time had already become an arbitration manager. He had serious resources to solve the legal issues of bankrupt enterprises. Of course, Solovyov provided services on a reimbursable basis. But this state of affairs suited everyone. And with Aristov they were completely close.

After the division of the once unified business, the pig farms as part of Agrofirma Ariant LLC now belong to the Ariant Group of Companies, which is owned by Alexander and Elena Kretov. Residents of two districts of the Chelyabinsk region at once accused the Ariant company of an environmental disaster.
The Ariant company denied its involvement and blamed everything on … the spring flood. In general, it is not surprising, but the situation was hushed up.
It should also be noted this fact from the biography of the Chelyabinsk “Rothschilds”: in June 2020, a criminal case was initiated against the Ariant agricultural holding.
