FADEEV Valery Alexandrovich (b.1960) is a Russian propagandist heading the Presidential Council for Human Rights. Born in Tashkent, he graduated from the faculty of management and applied mathematics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1983.

GABRELIANOV Aram Ashotovich (b. 1961) is a Russian media manager close to the Kremlin. Born in into an Armenian family in Derbent, Dagestan, he started his journalism career in 1985. In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, got a job in a Ulyanovsk newspaper and became its chief editor in 1990.

GABRELIANOV Ashot Aramovich (b. 1989 in Ulyanovsk) entered the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University in 2005.

Gasparyan Armen- Head of a Department at Russia Today state media holding. Propagandist, radio host, blogger. He hosts the Parallels and Weekly Report programs at the Vesti FM radio station.

GUDOSHNIKOV Alexei Valeryevich (b. 1988) was born in Uralsk, Western Kazakhstan. He graduated from the philological faculty of the Orenburg State Pedagogical University in 2010. In the same year, he became the host on the radio station Russian News Service (RSN),

GUSEV Pavel Nikolaevich was born on April 4, 1949, in Moscow. In 1971, he graduated from the Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute and until 1974 he worked as a junior researcher. In 1975, he graduated from the Moscow Polytechnic Institute.

KASHIN Oleg Vladimirovich (b. 1980 in Kaliningrad) graduated from the Baltic State Academy of the Fishing Fleet in 2003. In 2001-2003, he was a special correspondent for Komsomolskaya Pravda in Kaliningrad. In 2003–2005, he worked as a correspondent of the Kommersant Publishing House in Moscow.

KEDMI Yaakov (b. 1947) is a former director of the Israeli secret service Nativ. Born in Moscow, he studied at the Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers. He became famous for passing through a police guard on February 19, 1967

Maria Butina was born on November 10, 1988, in Barnaul. She showed quite an early interest in getting involved in politics.

CHALENKO Alexander (b. 1968 in Donetsk) graduated from the philosophical faculty of Kyiv National University in 1992.
