STESHIN Dmitry Anatolyevich (b. 1972) graduated from the North-West Academy of Public Administration. He began his career in the St. Petersburg Five Corners newspaper. Then he was the editor of Kaleidoscope magazine, where he has been published since 1994. His cooperation with Komsomolskaya Pravda began in May 2000.
STRIZHENOVA Ekaterina Vladimirovna (b. 1968 in Moscow) graduated from the directing department of the Moscow State Institute of Culture in the early 1990s.
PUCHKOV Dmitry Yuryevich (b. 1961 in Kirovograd) grew up in Leningrad and studied at the Leningrad College of Aviation Instrumentation and Automation, which he did not graduate from. From 1980 to 1982, he served in the Soviet Army.
PUSHKOV Alexey Konstantinovich (b. 1954) is a Russian politician and TV presenter. Born into a Soviet diplomat family in China, he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1976. After graduation, he worked at the UN office in Geneva.
REMESLO Ilya Borisovich (b. 1983 in Nalchik) graduated from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg State University in 2005.
Ryabtseva Olesya (Lesya) was born on July 28, 1991, in Volgograd. In the past, she worked for Ekho Moskvy (Echo of Moscow) radio station as a guest producer and assistant to the editor-in-chief Alexei Venediktov.
MARKELOV Mikhail Yuryevich (b. 1966 in Moscow) worked as a junior editor of Mayak radio station from 1986 to 1987, and from 1989, as a correspondent of Mayak radio station. In the same year, he entered the journalism department of Moscow State University but did not complete his studies, which, however, did not prevent his career take-off.
MARKOV Sergei Alexandrovich (b. 1958 in Dubna) is a Russian propagandist, political scientist, director-general of the Institute for Political Studies, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, member of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, confidant of Vladimir Putin as a candidate for President of the Russian Federation.
MEDINSKY Vladimir Rostislavovich (b. 1970) is a controversial Russian Minister of Culture. Born in Ukraine into a Soviet officer’s family he spent his childhood in military garrisons. In 1987, he entered MGIMO’s Faculty of International Journalism, where he was a member of the Komsomol organization and joined the Communist party.
MERCURY Ilias (b. 1972 in Tashkent) was born in a Greek-Russian-Vietnamese family. His father fled from the Greek military junta but did not stay long in his new homeland, and already in 1973, the family returned to Greece. In September 1991, Ilias Mercury, barely fluent in Russian, returned to Russia, enrolling at Moscow State Medical and Dental University.
