SHELOMOV Mikhail Lvovich (b. 1968) was born in the family of Lyubov Ivanovna Shelomova, a cousin of Vladimir Putin. There is no public information about his life until Putin was elected president of the Russian Federation. At least since the end of the 2000s, he worked as a chief specialist at the state shipping company Sovcomflot in St. Petersburg.

Shuvalov Igor

SHUVALOV Igor Ivanovich (b. 1967) graduated from the law faculty of Moscow State University in 1993 and worked as an attaché in the legal department of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Then he began working at the ALM-Consulting Law Office of the Moscow College of Advocates, one of the founders of which was Alexander Mamut. He held the positions of a senior lawyer and the director of the bureau.

TIMCHENKO, Gennady Nikolayevich (b.1952) is a Russian-Finnish billionaire, a close friend of Vladimir Putin. Born in Soviet Armenia and raised in East Germany and Ukraine, in 1976, he graduated from the Leningrad Mechanical Institute. He started his career as an engineer at the Izhorsky plant near Leningrad, which specialized in building power generators. From 1982 to 1988, he worked as a senior engineer for the Ministry of Foreign Trade.
