In 2019, a criminal case was opened against the odious official. The article, which she was charged with, concerns official forgery. She was fired from her position due to her corrupt schemes. As the investigators established, Anna Vladimirovna was engaged in issuing fictitious documents to the applicants, taking advantage of her official position. The fake documentation concerned all kinds of certificates and certificates that confirm the safety of food. Other officials of this state structure throughout Russia worked according to the same scheme.
Logically, Lopunova’s criminal case should have reached the court and then the verdict, but something did not go according to plan. It turned out that her case, in fact, did not even get to court, and the lady herself was walking free. What does the Lopunov family own and how much does it earn according to the official version?
The latest available declaration, completed by Lopunova, is for 2018. Based on it, it is clear that the Lopunov family is very prosperous.
According to the official version, the husband brings the largest contribution to the family budget. So, if in 2017 Sergey Lopunov earned more than 51 million rubles, then in 2018 his income amounted to almost 100 million. But the official income of Anna Vladimirovna in 2017 amounted to almost 933 thousand rubles, and in 2018 they did not even reach 798 thousand rubles. Scandals involving Lopunova’s husband
Sergey Lopunov is another scandalous person. According to the media, he is related to the two companies Petmarket and ZUM+, for the successful operation of which it is necessary to obtain permission from the same Rosselkhoznadzor. Coincidence? We don’t think.
OOO “Petmarket” has a status capital of one million rubles and is engaged in retail trade in pets and feed in special stores. Last year’s revenue amounted to 1.4 billion rubles.
By the way, the company itself has two licenses from Rosselkhoznadzor.
ZUM+ LLC with a status capital of 50 thousand rubles is engaged in the same as the first company. Revenue for 2021 amounted to 2 billion rubles.
LLC also has the appropriate licenses.
It was through Sergey Lopunov that the owners of these companies resolved all issues related to permits for all products and goods.

Scandals associated with daughter Lopunova
There was a very messy story there. Allegedly, the assistant to the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Dmitry Natarov, who is also a friend of the Lopunov family, tried to seduce their daughter Lisa.
And given the “history” of this family, it is hard to believe in it and, as it turned out, there is confirmation of this. According to Natarov, all the accusations are false, and the real reason is a big loot. In fact, Sergei Lopunov refused to return the debt of 4 million dollars to their mutual friend, and Dmitry sided with the owner of the money and demanded that Sergei return them.
The mother of the family, Anna Lopunova, reported him to the police, wrote an open letter to the president himself, and later even obtained an audience with the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
