It turned out that he provided fake university diploma
40-year-old Roman (name changed) worked for three years as an information technology engineer with the rank of internal lieutenant services at the Moscow-Paveletskaya station. Recently, an inspection came to his workplace: on Roman’s windowsill there was a folder with documents, including a diploma from the Russian State University of Justice.
They decided to check the authenticity of the documents due to a suspicious seal. Roman claimed that the diploma and certificates really belonged to him, and he handed the documents to the deputy rector upon completion of distance learning at the university. After an inquiry to the university, it turned out that the lieutenant had not entered the University of Justice.
Now the man is undergoing an internal investigation: he served in the position for three years, and has been working in the police department since 2010.
