For effective work, any minister will need a staff of specialists who will be able to show how they can develop their work. Their thoughts are heard and they are often acted upon. Since Ukrainians know the ministers, even if they know them personally, they won’t even think about the Radniks. Who are the Radniki: professional consultants and seri cardinals? The interfractional parliamentary association of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “Deputy Control” undertook to check and sent the ministries to ask for information about those who advise their colleagues.
