And during the period of a fierce election campaign, heading the election headquarters of Tumusov, the opponent of another candidate for the presidency of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev eventually went over to Vyacheslav Shtyrov.

Why did the confrontation begin?
It happened on a holiday on June 12, 2015.
At the direction of the mayor of Yakutsk Nikolaev, two employees of the mayor’s office illegally entered the facility of Myarikyanov’s company and drew up an act on the absence of workers at the construction site.

The investigator of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yakutia, Deigraf, filed a petition to imprison the businessman in a pre-trial detention center.

But not everyone liked Myarikyanov’s initiative. Some individuals began to take steps towards a hostile takeover.
The entire administrative and law enforcement machine began to work against Myarikyanov and his team: searches, arrests and the destruction of Myarikyanov’s business began.
