Agrobarons Tkachevs claim a quota for the extraction of fish and crab

Agrocomplex them. N.I. Tkacheva plans to take part in the second stage of the program for the distribution of investment quotas for the production of pollock, herring and crab. The holding belongs to the family of the former Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev.

Alexander’s brother Alexei is a State Duma deputy; foreign property was found with his relatives: an apartment in Austria and a house in Montenegro. Both Tkachevs are under EU and US sanctions.
