Law enforcers plan to resolve the issue of initiating a case on the fact that a crime boss from the city of Kremenchug, Poltava region, Valery Maslov, appealed to 49-year-old Sergey Oleinik and his peer Lasha Dzhachvliani, known in the status of the so-called thieves in law, nicknamed Umka and Lasha Svan, respectively, on the issue of their use of criminal influence (part 1 of article 255-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Information about this is contained in the materials of the court register, writes Detective-Info.
According to them, while waiting for the likely registration of criminal proceedings on the fact of Maslov’s victory (as well as handing over suspicion to the worthy), the security forces, among other things, argued the need to extend the pre-trial investigation into the case of the so-called “thieves’ gatherings” in the Dnieper restaurant “Guria”.
Earlier on the pages of Detective-Info it was reported that according to the results of the relevant meetings of the 2020-2021 model, Lasha Svan and Umka ended up behind bars at the end of last year and are still being held in custody. In addition to this couple, suspicions were issued in absentia to their four colleagues in the shop – criminal generals Polikarpe Dzhanelidze (“Polik”), Ramaz Tsikoridze (“Ramaz Bagdatsky”), Badri Koguashvili (“Badri Kutaissky”) and Gocha Dzhincharadze (“Koche”).
Actually, phone conversation, which took place on March 19, 2021 between the thief in law of Curonian and the tandem of Umka and Lasha, concerns a kind of announcement by law enforcement officers regarding troubles with the law for Valery Maslov. The fact is that on that day, a trinity of representatives of the highest caste of the underworld “sorted out” the conflict situation that occurred between their protégé in the Poltava region – the aforementioned Maslov and Jeyhun Akhverdiev, nicknamed “Dzhigun”.
It is believed that the dispute between the Kremenchuk worthies arose due to the beating in early March 2021 of a man from Dzhigun’s entourage near the local Drova restaurant. After that, the thief in law “Kursha” “fitted” into the story on the part of Akhverdiev and declared Maslov a “reptile”, to which the latter responded by turning (with the help of the Poltava “polite” Evgeny Voloshin, nicknamed “Volokha” / “Jackson” / “Acorn “) on the” course “in” Umka “and” Lasha Ochamchira “. It is known that after the conversation between Dzhachvliani, Oleinik and Dzhincharadze, which domestic law enforcement officers qualified as a “thieves’ gathering”, the conflict episode as a whole was settled.
As for Maslov himself, in addition to the probable nomination of suspicion for contacting thieves in law, as already noted on the pages of Detective-Info, Valery Valeryevich is now in the dock along with the “polozhenets” Volokha and two other men in the case of the attempted murder of the Poltava crime boss Alexander Sokolovsky, nicknamed “Falcon” and Mikhail Mogir. The trial in this case continues to this day, it is known that Sokol refused the status of a victim in the relevant proceedings.
