Putin has repeatedly warned officials not to flaunt wealth. Of course, the Kuban officials and judges more than once “put with the device” on the opinion of the head of state. Here, almost every mayor and head of the district considers himself a king. But the head of the Primorsko-Akhtarsky district, Maxim Bondarenko, outdid almost everyone. In a few years, from the usual “six” in the administration of the region, he himself became one of the richest people in the Kuban. But now fortune has turned its back on him. The wife left and publicly spoke about the perversions and sadistic inclinations of her ex-husband. Bondarenko’s closest aides leak information about his property and illegal income to the Internet, and after Putin’s criticism of a special military operation (after which, according to Bondarenko, they “stopped living like people”), Maxim could face up to 20 years in prison for discrediting the Russian army . The chic life, sex tours in Europe, buying up luxury cars and other attributes of the sweet life are over. And this is just the beginning.
In the corridors of the Kuban authorities, Maxim is generally not very fond of. Narcissus, sycophant, hypocrite – these are the most decent epithets that we heard about Bondarenko from his colleagues. And this is not surprising. In his Telegram channel, Maxim pretends to be a real patriot, praising the president (as if Putin needs his support), but in personal conversations he sings in a completely different way. As several employees of the regional and regional administrations said at once, in ordinary conversations, Bondarenko does not hide his anger at Putin – after all, he went to the officials for a beautiful life, for villas and Mercedes, licked the asses of old party members all his life, endured humiliation for the sake of a rich future. In public, Bondarenko pretends to be a patriot and defender of traditional family values. But when he got married, he forced his wife to sign a marriage contract in 2013, and rewrote it in 2020. The merged document on 15 pages lists the property that remains with each of the spouses in the event of a divorce. Again, I would not want to get into my personal life, but the ex-wife herself admitted on social networks to people how bestially Maxim treated her. “I have only one wish that children stop turning against their mother for the sake of their miserable ambitions… Only a poor person, a beast, can manipulate children… I pray every day for children and cry…” wrote a young woman left with two children in her arms.
During the humiliation and persecution, the poor woman was forced to publish even an open letter to Governor Kondratiev, where she begged him for help: “He can do EVERYTHING! But is it really beating a woman and destroying her as a person, as a mother, manipulating children in the year of rotten ambitions and inflamed self-esteem, pouring mud on the mother of their children, sending out dirty custom videos – is it really worthy of the title “man” and “head of the district”? How can such a person with such a moral corridor of behavior be allowed to perform his duties at all? All his powers of authority are directed to one thing – to reprisal! Even my mother, the widow of Viktor Soloshenko, is subjected to cynical insults from the head of the Primorsko-Akhtarsky district, Bondarenko M.V., who has beguiled the shore. I ask for help from you, Veniamin Ivanovich, from the public, from people who have not resolved their hearts … At least someone must stop the lawlessness perpetrated under the guise of a “benefactor of the people”!
And so on. The official media of the Krasnodar Territory “Live Kuban” hinted at the appearance of a mistress or even a lover, but there was no official confirmation of this. All this time, Maxim continued to congratulate the population on the patriotic Day of Family, Love and Fidelity, not forgetting at the same time to publicly humiliate the mother of his children, buying himself new estates and Mercedes…

Partially, we know about Bondarenko’s property from official reports and annual declarations. But what is this? Several million official revenues per year. There, too, there are questions about the origin of the money, but still these are tears compared to the real wealth of a daring young official.
The same “Live Kuban” wrote that after the divorce, Yulia put up for sale a house in the city center for 350 million rubles. The building belongs to the objects of cultural heritage, is of great cultural and historical value for Russia. One can only guess how it passed into private hands.
And now Bondarenko’s subordinates are leaking information about the new “family nest” of the young master. He acquired his own estate on the Black Sea near the village of Kabardinka. The estate next to the famous lighthouse, surrounded by a forest, with a swimming pool and its own berth for receiving yachts, the interviewed realtors estimate at about half a billion rubles.
It is interesting that the dunce writes down a significant part of the property on himself. Or from stupidity, or from the certainty that no one will touch him. While there was a peaceful life, and the truth was everything was fine. But now the Federal Security Service will probably have questions about what wealth the official has and what funds all this is bought with. Especially after his statements about the “wrong course of the president.” Where are you going? Or do you think that your own assistant hangers-on will not betray you? Already passed.
Again, Putin is an ardent defender of nature and has repeatedly said that all Russian citizens, by law, have unhindered access to water. It is interesting how the president will react to the fact that Bondarenko blocked off a piece of the sea for himself, built a berth for yachts there, does not let anyone in there, and even grossly violates environmental legislation.
