He was caught in the west of the capital. Previously, it was he who hit the man on the head, after which he died on the spot. The deceased was 36-year-old Nikolai Mishchenko from the Rostov region.
A criminal case has now been opened under the article of causing grievous bodily harm resulting in death. Employees of the capital’s Investigative Committee are working with the detainee. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
