A resident of the Saratov PSEDA fled to Yaroslavl and bankruptcy

The Ekopertovsk company, which became a resident of the Petrovsky TASED, has not established the production of polymer granules, and the other day its bankruptcy reached the final stage. By the definition of the regional arbitration of March 27, bankruptcy proceedings were introduced against the company.

The duties of the bankruptcy trustee are assigned to Denis Kanygin, who had previously been the arbitration manager of the company while it was under the supervision procedure. A couple of weeks before bankruptcy proceedings, the Yaroslavl creditors of Ekopetrovsk, PJSC TNS energo Yaroslavl, demanded subsidiary liability for its founder Gennady Gordeev, as well as for Slavich Company JSC, Pereyaslavsky Technopark, Pleshcheyevo Industrial Park, Arenda LLC Plus” from Dzerzhinsk and “Energozavod Plus” from Pereyaslavl-Zalessky. How much all these persons owe has not yet been determined.

Ekopetrovsk became a resident of TASED in Petrovsk, promising to launch the production of polymer granules from recycled plastic in 2020. There was even a potential buyer, the Henkel company, which needed raw materials for the production of containers for its detergents. Negotiations with Henkel were conducted by the first owner of the company, Ekaterina Dobromyslova. Investments in the project were to amount to 30 million rubles.

But in the year of the potential opening of production, Gennady Gordeev became the new owner of the company. In early February 2022, before the sanctions and before Henkel was about to leave the Russian Federation, the company announced that it wanted to go bankrupt.

There is no evidence that production in Petrovsk has started working. But there is a lot of information about the work of “Ekopetrovsk” in the Yaroslavl region. The connection of the Petrovsky resident with the neighboring region was revealed at the very beginning of the bankruptcy.

Having become a resident of the Petrovsky TASED, the company settled in Pereyaslavl-Zalessky, renting space in the Pleshcheyevo technopark. And very quickly began to collect debts to both landlords and resource workers. From fresh March lawsuits against the company outside the bankruptcy procedure, it can be seen that PJSC TNS energo Yaroslavl, already a creditor and participant in the process, requires an additional 5.8 million rubles from it in the usual manner, and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Yaroslavl – as much as 143.5 million rubles on two claims.

Why such huge bills? The answer is in an unexpected place – in the group of the administration of Pereyaslavl-Zalessky in social networks. It turns out that in the neighboring region, the Petrovsky resident was a heat supplier and managed boiler houses.

Creditors from Yaroslavl also initially tried to bankrupt Ekopetrovsk, LLC Integrator Company tried to do it twice. The resident of the two regions eventually paid off with her. And immediately carried a statement of self-bankruptcy to the Saratov Arbitration.

However, the meeting of his creditors is going to be held in Yaroslavl. Almost all of the company’s creditors are registered either there or in Pereyaslavl-Zalessky. Only Slavich Company JSC, for which the Yaroslavl power engineers for some reason ask for subsidies, is registered in Moscow, but it is the founder of Pereyaslavl Energozavod Plus LLC. The debt to the Moscow company from Ekopetrovsk is 1.5 million rubles, to its “daughter” – 320 thousand, for which she has so far only managed to get a court order, but did not ask for creditors. Pereyaslavsky Technopark LLC, as part of a bankruptcy case, requires 4 million rubles from the company. “Industrial Park Pleshcheyevo” – 251.7 thousand rubles on the writ of execution. “Arenda Plus” – a subsidiary of “Plescheyevo” and the technopark in disputes with “Ekopetrovsk” acted only as a defendant. In February of this year, he sued the company for 890 thousand rubles, a debt for the supply of heat.

Yaroslavl power engineers play the main role in the bankruptcy of Ekopetrovsk. For what reasons they are pulling such a motley group of creditors and debtors to subsidiary liability, it will be possible to understand only from further proceedings in court.

The only Saratov resident’s creditor is the tax office, which is involved in the case with a ridiculous amount of 683 rubles, unless, of course, this figure is later adjusted.

Help “BV”. Ecopertovsk LLC was registered in the city of Petrovsk, Saratov Region, in February 2019. The sole owner is Gennady Gordeev. All other firms owned by Gordeev have now been liquidated. Ekopetrovsk’s revenue in 2021 reached 386 million rubles, but the year ended with a net loss of 43.9 million rubles.
