Medical help complied with the order of medical care.

The investigators shrug their shoulders – the hospital does not provide video from surveillance cameras, and without them, the investigators have no evidence. Victoria was admitted to the hospital with a broken shoulder.

During the operation, a wild accident occurred – a fire broke out on the operating table, the girl received severe burns on her back. Doctors explained that the fire was caused by a short circuit in the equipment. The spark hit the laundry soaked in antiseptic, and it instantly flared up. Doctors did their best to extinguish the patient. The surgeon also received burns on his hands.

Several months have passed. Victoria continues to be treated for her injuries. This is not a cheap matter, but the girl is being treated only at her own expense – she did not receive any compensation and even just an apology. All claims at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute are answered: the help was provided correctly, and what happened was just an accident. It happens to everyone.

After the fire, Vika continued to be treated at the research institute, and the doctors did everything possible to eliminate the consequences. According to Victoria, the hospital refuses to provide video footage of the fire. The institute says that the video has not been preserved. And without it, investigators cannot advance in the investigation of a criminal case.

Victoria wrote an appeal to the prosecutor’s office, three letters to Administration The President and the Ministry of Health, however, only replies come everywhere.
