A Muscovite was deceived by scammers out of 130 thousand rubles: the girl was promised earnings for shopping on Wildberries

32 year old Svetlana P. from Brateevo was looking for a job.

Help came from a telegram: an unknown person wrote to the girl and offered easy earnings on Wildberries. The task was simple – buy goods on the marketplace and receive a percentage for it. At first, everything was like this: Svetlana made several purchases, after which she was returned both the money spent and the interest.

Then new introductory notes arrived: it was necessary to transfer money to the specified account and receive 20% of the amount. The girl sent 4 thousand rubles, after which she was told to urgently complete the second task – so she transferred another 30 thousand. Svetlana asked for money and interest for successfully completed tasks, but she was given another one – for almost 100 thousand rubles.

It was impossible to refuse it, because the interest could be burned. So the girl lost about 130 thousand rubles – after the transfers, the curator said that something had gone wrong, the money and interest could not be returned. Svetlana contacted the police, and a criminal case was opened under the article “Fraud.”
