In April 2022, the Leninsky District Court sentenced him to 4 years of probation (with a probationary period of 5 years) and a fine of 1 million rubles. The Voronezh Regional Court considered the sentence handed down by the Leninsky District Court too lenient and replaced it with a real term in November last year (his convict is serving in the Voronezh Correctional Colony No. 2).

The complaint filed this year was considered by the first court of cassation of general jurisdiction and was rejected.
